Nice vid guys. My Mum had a cousin that lived at 449 Hagley Road, Birmingham (late 70's to early 90's I believe). I have a vivid memory of my parents driving down from Central Scotland, at very short notice, to Birmingham and then onto Heathrow in order to catch a flight for Cyprus. The excitement was palpable; so much so that I still remember those events over 40 years later; I was 8 years old at the time. ✌😀

@@brummiesontheroad It was. No sat-navs in those days; just AA / RAC road maps. Early to mid 80's - brilliant times to be a kid !

I really do believe it's the perfect balance at the bullring. Everything is a perfect distance apart and it doesn't block the sky out with too many sky scrapers. Lots of nice old buildings.

Loved this ❤ I’m from Brum and spent all my time in the center for years. Last time I went was 2010, I was living in California at the time and came back here on holiday , didn’t recognise it at all. I live in Lichfield now and this has made me want to hop on the train and take another look at it.
