Hey mate, odd query…but we are looking at this location to use for a Lara Croft Tomb Raider photoshoot & I was wondering if you know if it’s likely that all the occupants of those cars would be going all the way up to that jump rock spot? Or is there other spots along the water that people head to also? Obviously we can’t have people in the background of the shot 😅 What time in the morning were you there that you were the only ones? Hi Amanda, It does get very busy up there particularly in the warmer months so it would be best to go early. I believe that there has been some issues with the walking track up to jump rock lately and it has been closed. I know heaps of people still go up there but not sure if it has been officially reopened yet.

did you do it May? the water must have been freezing. it probably explains why this place was so deserted ;-)
We actually did it at Easter time in April but the water was still freezing cold.

I'd guess about 9 or 10m at it's highest point.
