One of Disney's LEAST expensive deluxe resorts: Saratoga Springs Resort Tour/June 2024

Let's walk around Disney World's Saratoga Springs Resort! I will also show you a little of the Disney's Riviera Resort. Saratoga Springs is one of the least expensive deluxe resorts at Disney World! It is VERY spread out and has 5 different bus stations, making transportation a bit of a headache. They have a ferry to Disney Springs, but due to limited rainfall, it was closed during our visit.

We stayed at Saratoga Springs from July 7th through the 17th. I wanted to stay here because of nostalgia. The last time I was on the grounds where Saratoga Springs now sits (1998), the Disney Institute Townhouses were there. While I loved the one-bedroom villa we were in, the size of the resort made it a one-and-done for us. We stayed in Congress Park. Walking from our room to the Artist's Palette was 2K steps (one way). Now, we were super close to Disney Springs. The building we were in was close to the Disney Springs bridge. However, like I said, the size is (in my opinion) prohibitive. We also found the internal bus loop tiring. We had a good time, and it was a good experience, just like the more compact resorts. 🙂

Hi there @DisneyEnigmaticDreamer thanks for the comment! I agree 100%. While I enjoyed the resort, it is just too spread out! Our building was very close to the main building, but even with that, the buses just took so long with all the stops. I would stay there again, but only if I plan on having resort days and/or visiting Disney Springs.

Hi @spmarsh3747 thanks for the comment! Yes, my eyes are doing much better. I do need a much stronger prescription for up close, but the foggyness has resolved 🙌. I did not rent points for this visit. However, I have rented before from David's DVC rental, and it worked out perfectly 👌
