I'll forever miss playing Kinect Adventures, all those Kinect games, Minecraft, Bully, GTA V, WWE SvR 2011, WWE '12, Doritos Crash Course, my Xbox 360 played a big role in my preference and love for games, and it's so hard to believe the store will be shut down in 4 months now, even after getting lots of things there before it closes down, it still feels like I'm missing something, almost as if "I won but at what cost" sort of thing.
I truly understand how you feel. This console has not only impacted my love for gaming, but a new way of connecting with other players, and making digital memories with one another. And yeah, with the marketplace shutting down, its like it be removing a piece of history away: the Xbox 360 marketplace! Where you hunted free gamerpics, downloaded the new XBL Gold games, and just endlessly scrolled when you were bored. Times are changing, but the culture isnt 💚Thank you for being here 💯✨
@@CobatineYT With the likes of Xenia and RPCS3 to preserve Xbox 360/PS3 games, it's still somewhat preserved minus the actual feel, and despite currently the lack of compatibility for many games, I have some hope that Xbox 360/PS3 games will at least sort of live on, this is my problem with exclusives and online DRM games as they will eventually fade away. Different case for older gen games as those are pretty much mostly supported like PCSX2, but the question is that little segue from the 2000's to the 2010's/2020's that was in the form of 7th generation consoles and their games, it's a big shame some underrated games can't be played yet, like most of the exclusive WWE games like WWE '12 until 2014, including also the Xbox 360 ports like the older 2K games and the older SvR games. Though it still doesn't bring solace with the whole Xbox 360/PS3 marketplaces shutting down, it's eventually gotta happen, but like I said earlier, some parts of the experience can't be preserved, I can say I'm really proud to have spent 2011 - 2016 making the most out of it, it still feels wrong that some people haven't gotten to enjoy the experience. I'm so glad we were the last generation to get local co-op feature involved in most of our games. When the online servers shut off for good one day, we'll still have at least some way to play with others in the future. Imagine when the day comes modern console get their servers shut off. So many games will be lost to time. I'm so glad my childhood was during these times
Yeah DigitalDNA made a kickstarter for it like a year ago but it hasn’t had any update or anything since then, I wouldn’t hold onto hope of it actually happening unfortunately.
I recently hooked up my 360 and I've been playing a lot of Black ops 2 and outside of a hacker once in awhile it hasn't changed a bit. Even the emblem creator got patched and works perfectly again.
This almost fucking made me cry as a 16 year old. The 360 was the first ever Xbox console I ever started my Xbox live account on. It was Christmas of 2012 at that time. I was 5 at the time, playing games such as Forza motorsport 4, GTA 4, CoD black ops l and ll, halo 3 and 4, reach, ce anniversary, mw1 and mw2, mw3, terraria, castle Crashers, battleblock theater and state of decay. And the Simpsons arcade. I'm going to miss this so damn much. Played the 360 from 2012 all the way to 2015. Just because I wanted to continue on the Xbox one (hopefully this year I can get a job and get a series xls). So thank you, Xbox 360. For the memories you've given us all.

I’m 18, and man even though I wasn’t old enough, trust and believe I remember a lot about all of these games and grew up on a lot of them, I love PlayStation but Xbox 360 was up there. I’m a proud owner of a ton of these games and will hold on to them for as long as I can. Nothing will ever beat this, so many people today will not understand this feeling!! I was with my dad for a lot of midnight releases on games, and man it was fun. Rip dad❤. Brought me so much joy, will forever miss this.
my brother is 25 he got me into COD when I was 4, played every single one to release and Im now 19. Mained playstation but man these two consoles were king, and the xbox sounds were just perfect ;( reality kinda sucks because as time goes on it’ll most likely never be as good as my childhood, so much happiness, more people played with eachother in parties, and the developers made passion projects. Life truly is tough, its not just grow up, get a job and have fun in your free time. Times change, mostly for the worst, but there’s always some good to look forward to!

The switch is the only console trying to preserve that and some indie devs on Xbox, but other than that it will be gone. It's up to us to raise our kids to do what we did with couch play and allow them to have those memories
I don’t think I will ever experience the joy the Xbox 360 gave me back when I first got it, playing ghost recon advance soldier online multiplayer demo on Christmas Day, Forced unleashed 2 I got with it too. Then cod black ops, halo reach, mw3, world at war, forza motorsport 4, forza horizon 2, minecraft, skyrim, gta4, and many others. That was peak of gaming.
Never had an xbox 360 because me and my friends were always playstation players but the feelings are the same bro. The good old days of ps3, 0 responsibilities , the most important thing of the day was coming back from school and play all day. Mw3,Bo2,Minecraft,Gta5..... Truly an unmatched era. Now going back to the ps3 and seeing this games dead, all your friends offline since 5 or 6 years.... Its really sad. Time really flies man.

Got my own 360 Christmas 2010. I was 11 years old. That era was peak Xbox. The dashboard was the best, no clutter, not confusing, so easy to navigate. It’s so sad seeing friends I made back then on my friends list now, offline forever 😓 also, swingset glitch, gta 4 😂

The xbox 360 had one of the best UIs and sounds I have ever experienced, even now with the beefiest computer I have ever had, it doesn't compare to the happiness I had back then.

Even though I have a PlayStation now, the Xbox 360 was actually my first console. I’ll never forget when my brother gave me his Xbox 360 years ago, didn’t play a lot of multiplayer just mostly single player. I don’t remember most of the games I played, but I’ll never forget playing Lego Star Wars with my sister :)
Gears of War 3 is still my favourite out of the series. In my opinion it had the best overall sandbox in terms of weapons. Horde mode and Beast mode are really fun too. 🔥
@@CobatineYT Ya, there’s a power weapon that’s literally called the One shot. It’s kinda similar to the Long Shot sniper but much bigger. 😂 It’s super fun to use in multiplayer and horde mode.

The fact you started with XBLA Minecraft warmed my heart, couple months ago I went back and explored all my childhood Xbox Minecraft worlds and it really brought me to tears knowing all the friends I'd made and haven't seen since. It really was a blissful era playing the 360 and having the closest friends to play the games with.
the nostalgia with these games is unreal. Theres a LOT of iconic single player and multiplayer games from these days, Elder Scrolls 4 Oblivion, Skyrim, both L4D games, the Fable games, the Borderlands games, Blue Dragon, Naughty Bear, the Portal games Azura's Wrath, Metal Gear Rising Revengeance and Skylanders a just to name few

most of my memories were with my younger brother. my younger brother had a day off school so i asked my mom if i could skip school so i can play. it was raining the whole day, launched bo1 zombies with my brother on split screen and just tried getting high rounds. then playing a minecraft world together that was so laggy because we built alot on it. hearing the rain hit the leaves and the thunder was so chill. it would be a dream to play with my brother like that again, sadly my xbox360 stopped working recently. still thinkin on buying another one to just revisit most of the games with my bro. i feel like the old guy telling kids how great this was :D
Sadly I didn't have the 360, as I was more bond to PS, but it's really sad to see our colsole generation dead like this, such good memories I have playing BO2 Zombies after primary school, every MW multiplayer, Minecraft on PS3 too... Nostalgia kicks hard man, I wish we could, at least once, go back to those times and enjoy them for one last time. And even though PS3 might not be the greatest PS of the 5, it's my personal favorite because of the memories I have attached to that console. If you are reading this, and you're still young, enjoy, one day, sooner than later, sadly it will only be memories

I'm 23, i vividly remember being so sad with the end of 360 era when the ps4 and XO were announced by the beginning of 2013, i was only 11 by that time and didn't handle well with farewells, in fact, to this day i don't.

i recently just bought my first ever xbox 360. I have always been a PlayStation kid, but the xbox just feels "right" It feels like the golden console, like we got a 1 in a million console. I am enjoying my 360 so much rn, it feels great to be on old hardware IMO. Even though i have a beast of a PC, old consoles are so much better in everyway.
I absoluetly never had the Xbox 360 in High School and college but it was rocking with my friends and my brother I absoluetly loved playing The Beatles Rock Band and TF2 on the PS3 and Xbox dude.

Because of you I bought another Xbox 360. I had my old hard drive from 2009 to 2013 but the Xbox 360 was water damaged and wouldn't come on. I hadn't played it in about 11 to 12 years. However when I plugged my hard drive into the new Xbox 360 I bought, all my save files were there!! I got to walk around my FIRST Minecraft world EVER!!! And I saw my Halo 3 and Halo Reach spartans, as well as go thru my old Borderlands 1 saves. Insane nostalgia man.

My brother broke my xbox 360e a year ago but i used to play a shit ton of games. Luckily, my xbox series s can run alot of them, so i usually play them on my xbox series s. But ill miss the times man, believe it or not, i grew up playing xbox 360 and nintendo 64, but xbox 360 was usually always my pick for gaming. Cod black ops 1 was my favorite. Good times man. I've been playing a lot of Black ops 2 recently and it's honestly quite nice going back to an older game. I've been playing it more than my PS5. It'll be sad when the marketplace shuts down but at least we still have a little bit more time to enjoy it.

Xbox Live Arcade literally had some of the best smaller games out there. Torchlight, White Noise Online, Castleminer Z, Toy Soldiers, Dead Block, State of Decay, Trials HD, Limbo, Happy Wars, Peggle, Pinball FX2, Super Meat Boy, Doritos Crash Course, Valiant Hearts, Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon, etc. We won't ever see anything like that on a console system again I think. Games that were so utterly simple yet so incredibly fun.
Miner z man! That Game was by far the most favorable for me when it came to indie games and there were a lot of good indie games around. So many memories and fun times on that game. It’s unfortunate I have no more excitement or thrill for games like I used to for the 360

I never owned a 360 growing up, I had a ps3 but I still feel the pain. I recently bought a 360 last October just enjoy what I had missed. I did have a Xbox One s in high school but then upgraded to a series x and now also have a ps5 slim plus the 360. It’s gonna be crazy to look back in 10 to 20 years and see what we had starting our adult years. Gaming is not just playing games but enjoying time with friends, close or far.

I’m 18, and man even though I wasn’t old enough, trust and believe I remember a lot about all of these games and grew up on a lot of them, I love PlayStation but Xbox 360 was up there. I’m a proud owner of a ton of these games and will hold on to them for as long as I can. Nothing will ever beat this, so many people today will not understand this feeling!! I was with my dad for a lot of midnight releases on games, and man it was fun. Rip dad❤. Brought me so much joy, will forever miss this.
my brother is 25 he got me into COD when I was 4, played every single one to release and Im now 19. Mained playstation but man these two consoles were king, and the xbox sounds were just perfect ;( reality kinda sucks because as time goes on it’ll most likely never be as good as my childhood, so much happiness, more people played with eachother in parties, and the developers made passion projects. Life truly is tough, its not just grow up, get a job and have fun in your free time. Times change, mostly for the worst, but there’s always some good to look forward to!
It’s an honor to have had your childhood during the Xbox 360 era there will never be another gaming console like it nor at the time gaming culture

The switch is the only console trying to preserve that and some indie devs on Xbox, but other than that it will be gone. It's up to us to raise our kids to do what we did with couch play and allow them to have those memories

I don’t think I will ever experience the joy the Xbox 360 gave me back when I first got it, playing ghost recon advance soldier online multiplayer demo on Christmas Day, Forced unleashed 2 I got with it too. Then cod black ops, halo reach, mw3, world at war, forza motorsport 4, forza horizon 2, minecraft, skyrim, gta4, and many others. That was peak of gaming.
Never had an xbox 360 because me and my friends were always playstation players but the feelings are the same bro. The good old days of ps3, 0 responsibilities , the most important thing of the day was coming back from school and play all day. Mw3,Bo2,Minecraft,Gta5.....
Truly an unmatched era. Now going back to the ps3 and seeing this games dead, all your friends offline since 5 or 6 years.... Its really sad. Time really flies man.

Got my own 360 Christmas 2010. I was 11 years old. That era was peak Xbox. The dashboard was the best, no clutter, not confusing, so easy to navigate. It’s so sad seeing friends I made back then on my friends list now, offline forever 😓 also, swingset glitch, gta 4 😂
man i was in middle school when Minecraft first got introduced to the 360 & i will never forget those late nights waiting for the updates to drop. now i got a beautiful baby girl and i barely even touch my systems, where does the time go…
The xbox 360 had one of the best UIs and sounds I have ever experienced, even now with the beefiest computer I have ever had, it doesn't compare to the happiness I had back then.
What a great video, COD waw, happy wars, minecraft, gta iv, battleblock, castle crashers, the dragon ball raging blast games, dorito's crash course and everything about the 360 from the avatars, to the menu's to the general aesthetic, it all just takes me back.

Even though I have a PlayStation now, the Xbox 360 was actually my first console. I’ll never forget when my brother gave me his Xbox 360 years ago, didn’t play a lot of multiplayer just mostly single player. I don’t remember most of the games I played, but I’ll never forget playing Lego Star Wars with my sister :)
Gears of War 3 is still my favourite out of the series. In my opinion it had the best overall sandbox in terms of weapons. Horde mode and Beast mode are really fun too. 🔥

@@CobatineYT Ya, there’s a power weapon that’s literally called the One shot. It’s kinda similar to the Long Shot sniper but much bigger. 😂 It’s super fun to use in multiplayer and horde mode.

The 360 man I’m so glad I was in high school when it was big and maybe Jr high I don’t exactly remember when it came out but my god that was the time to be a gamer looking for an experience so many insane and fun experiences man it makes me kinda sad
The fact you started with XBLA Minecraft warmed my heart, couple months ago I went back and explored all my childhood Xbox Minecraft worlds and it really brought me to tears knowing all the friends I'd made and haven't seen since. It really was a blissful era playing the 360 and having the closest friends to play the games with.

the nostalgia with these games is unreal. Theres a LOT of iconic single player and multiplayer games from these days, Elder Scrolls 4 Oblivion, Skyrim, both L4D games, the Fable games, the Borderlands games, Blue Dragon, Naughty Bear, the Portal games Azura's Wrath, Metal Gear Rising Revengeance and Skylanders a just to name few
Bro this video just Brought me to tears my dude, especially Minecraft man the 2012 memories I had with my cousin will never go from my memories. Thankfully we played on that xbox 360 as much as we could and still got it till this day and I regularly go on it to play Minecraft or COD! I love that some people still go into multiplayer. I remember I choose the wii instead of the Xbox 360 when I was a kid and you know I don’t regret it I have so many memories on the wii but this video although I didn’t play the Xbox 360 was nostalgic because it was from the time when I was a kid I really enjoyed this video, there’s something so sad and also awesome of finding someone in a game that no one really plays anymoren
most of my memories were with my younger brother. my younger brother had a day off school so i asked my mom if i could skip school so i can play. it was raining the whole day, launched bo1 zombies with my brother on split screen and just tried getting high rounds. then playing a minecraft world together that was so laggy because we built alot on it. hearing the rain hit the leaves and the thunder was so chill. it would be a dream to play with my brother like that again, sadly my xbox360 stopped working recently. still thinkin on buying another one to just revisit most of the games with my bro. i feel like the old guy telling kids how great this was :D
Sadly I didn't have the 360, as I was more bond to PS, but it's really sad to see our colsole generation dead like this, such good memories I have playing BO2 Zombies after primary school, every MW multiplayer, Minecraft on PS3 too... Nostalgia kicks hard man, I wish we could, at least once, go back to those times and enjoy them for one last time. And even though PS3 might not be the greatest PS of the 5, it's my personal favorite because of the memories I have attached to that console.

Me and my brother love playing xbox 360 when we where little kids back in 2015 when when I was 8 years old. We have so many games to play and good thing we have done it before. But now I'm 17 years old looking all this old videos reminds me of all the fun things we have with our Xbox360. The thing about nostalgia is you know that you can never recapture the same feeling again, it’s impossible. Also, at the same time, you didn’t even realise those times were the best of your life when you were living it. It’s only years later you realise.

I still play GTA V , WWE 2k15 , Fifa 14 , LA Noire on my 360 . It’s my first console which I bought refurbished in 2022 . Keeping these games in case with manuals feels nostalgic Idk why . Can’t believe the store is shutting down and it’s been 19 years since it’s release 😌
i recently just bought my first ever xbox 360. I have always been a PlayStation kid, but the xbox just feels "right" It feels like the golden console, like we got a 1 in a million console. I am enjoying my 360 so much rn, it feels great to be on old hardware IMO. Even though i have a beast of a PC, old consoles are so much better in everyway.

Because of you I bought another Xbox 360. I had my old hard drive from 2009 to 2013 but the Xbox 360 was water damaged and wouldn't come on. I hadn't played it in about 11 to 12 years. However when I plugged my hard drive into the new Xbox 360 I bought, all my save files were there!! I got to walk around my FIRST Minecraft world EVER!!! And I saw my Halo 3 and Halo Reach spartans, as well as go thru my old Borderlands 1 saves. Insane nostalgia man.

My brother broke my xbox 360e a year ago but i used to play a shit ton of games. Luckily, my xbox series s can run alot of them, so i usually play them on my xbox series s. But ill miss the times man, believe it or not, i grew up playing xbox 360 and nintendo 64, but xbox 360 was usually always my pick for gaming. Cod black ops 1 was my favorite. Good times man. Ill miss this console forever. Along with my friends i had on it.
I've been playing a lot of Black ops 2 recently and it's honestly quite nice going back to an older game. I've been playing it more than my PS5. It'll be sad when the marketplace shuts down but at least we still have a little bit more time to enjoy it.

Xbox Live Arcade literally had some of the best smaller games out there. Torchlight, White Noise Online, Castleminer Z, Toy Soldiers, Dead Block, State of Decay, Trials HD, Limbo, Happy Wars, Peggle, Pinball FX2, Super Meat Boy, Doritos Crash Course, Valiant Hearts, Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon, etc.
We won't ever see anything like that on a console system again I think. Games that were so utterly simple yet so incredibly fun.

Miner z man! That Game was by far the most favorable for me when it came to indie games and there were a lot of good indie games around. So many memories and fun times on that game. It’s unfortunate I have no more excitement or thrill for games like I used to for the 360

I never owned a 360 growing up, I had a ps3 but I still feel the pain. I recently bought a 360 last October just enjoy what I had missed. I did have a Xbox One s in high school but then upgraded to a series x and now also have a ps5 slim plus the 360. It’s gonna be crazy to look back in 10 to 20 years and see what we had starting our adult years. Gaming is not just playing games but enjoying time with friends, close or far.
