The Mtg side of my brain: Why dragon no have fly!? The D&D side of my brain: Ooooh, this is such a thematic way to fit a dragonborn barbarian, path of ancestral guardian. They used the enrage mechanic to simulate barbarian rage. And barbarians have to take damage during a round or lose their rage, so the activated ability is super on theme.
There's an enchantment for 3R that reads 2: Deal 1 damage to any target. Any player may use this ability as a sorcery. Since our creatures are gonna be getting +1/+1 counters out of it, what do we care? Also subterranean spirit 3RR 3/3 Protection from Ren. T: Deal 1 damage to every creature.
Looks like a lot of fun! gives me some ideas for my upcoming 5 Color Dragon Tribal!
