I wish all Law Enforcement a grand journey in life and on the job, I do how ever hope by watching your own videos, you will be able to comprehend that the egoistic psychosomatic attachment to position is in fact a weakness and to cajole yourselves otherwise will only perpetuate the relations with society and prolong your individual refinement of rational induction/deduction. The military tactics were originally designed for juvenile assessment and mere exposure applications to condition the mind. Egocentricity is a window into a persons vulnerabilities, this is a transparency of convincing self and others of their facade, fact! Law Enforcement is a noble and unselfish offering to society and I thank all of you for what you do. All of you are the unsung daily hero's.
Nick I recommend exporting with CBR (constant bit rate) encoding when you use drone footage like that. It’ll help keep it all stable! Also good luck to the 10 remaining officers!

If I was to ever be a police officer it would be for Miami Dade County ! And I would definitely join the SWAT team. One because I have the motivation and drive and heart and two , with my military background and what the military taught me , I would definitely put my 110% in it all !
This vlog is awesome, keep them coming, and Is there any chance you can highlight the processes of an applicant. (ie, from paperwork needed, to interview, physical agility, chief oral board interview and maybe beginning stages of FTO?) It could help promote hiring

Or is that a different department, I see different people so i'm not sure if its the same unit and these are just the trainers and trainees then they get on to the team of Miami swat or if its a different department. Also shooting all day with ammunition you didn't buy and guns you don't own has got to be fun.
That swat school looks super tough. I remember years ago there was a tv show called "combat missions" where current and former operators from SWAT, Seals, delta force, etc competed in simulated missions. The winner of the show was a SWAT member.

Do all the candidates that pass the entire school go on to become full time SWAT members? or do some of them do it part-time alone with their regular police work duties?
I get it SWAT school...but can we move to something different, like it’s cool and all but something different to break it up would be nice (K-9, Patrol). But the videos quality are really becoming out of this world. Love you guys and stay safe!
