You’re right about a different era mate . An era when neighbors knew each other, kids played in each other’s yard . I’ll bet half the street got given lemons and grapes when they were plentiful.Haven’t seen or heard any summer cricket tournaments in a yard or down the park for ages around here. When I see a fence in those older places I wonder how many footies n tennis balls it stopped, how many times a neighbour called out over it for kids to come because it’s getting dark. Anyway mate still enjoy your channel heaps and all the best for Christmas 🎉
It's Saturday early evening here and I'm ready for more old and not so old abandoned houses and to bad this villa is another place about to be demolished for the tunnel but I'm glad to be seeing it and the others before they are all torn down. this villa is a very nice place and looks like it is still in good condition with a nice yard and shed as well can't wait to see the next house next week until then have a wonderful Christmas and thank you.🏠🎄🏚️
Thanks my friend for sharing this wonderful video with me paul you always do a awesome job and i gave you a thumbs up and share you out on my community tab and God Bless
Hi Paul just another beautiful home gone forever.Loved the long hallway polished floors and the grapevines out back for shade on those long hot summer days.Wishing you and yours a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year cheers.
6:09 More like a sconce fixture maybe, could it be the sconce's globe on the counter to the left of the cooktop at 8:25? Another fine home meets demolition for progress, shame as it had such a nice in-law suite at a safe distance in the backyard. (She liked her toast small) 😉 Thanks for the tour Paul and you have a nice Christmas! Stayin tuned! 👍🤠 🎄
G'day, our first home in Bendigo was exactly same design, best thing it still is in use, sad this one's going, to you and your family have a wonderful Christmas and a happy new year, keep safe, cheers mate, Neil 🤠.
Oh my gosh I’m so in love with this house love it inside and out. So sad it will be lost forever ♾️ due to the tunnel project it’s like here in Sydney the government is taking homes away for the metro and light rail not fair. Thank you for the tour.😢❤😊🌟x
I love the bungalows. The first art deco light was one I have not seen, and I love it. I wish I was there. 17 degrees Fahrenheit. Freezing cold and snow. Your video helps warm things up. Cooper my old English pointer loves it.
Goodness!! I chat with a "Mod" on a channel in the US North East & they are having snow on their home beach. We are expecting 98 Fahrenheit here (same town as Paul, the creator of these videos). Happy Christmas to you & yours!!!🎄
Oh, another one biting the proverbial dust. And in great condition are the fireplaces and those floor boards. Damn shame. Thanks for sharing. Cheers, MM :)
The lead light was beautiful and the wood floors also. Sweet little children’s playhouse ..thanks for filming! Paul, wishing you and yours a Merry Christmas and a blessed New Year⛄️🎄👍🏻
Hi Paul, thankyou for another great video in this lovely old girl. Sad to see it's going to be demolished. I wish you a very merry Christmas and I hope you get a well earned break and see you back in 2025.🎉 cheers deb
Another beautiful family home bites the dust. Paul, please film the light fixtures. The one in the second bedroom looked interesting. As usual, great work, I wait with batted breath for your Sunday updates. Cheers 😊 bye Jenny of ole Adelaide 😊
Man so many of those residents loved those old houses
