I think I did something similar on draven and many other champions in S9. This is the strategy where main point of you as a person is to get 100% value out of situations you can abuse - IE. draven can muster a lot of firepower thanks to his economy game - so on draven I would abuse his passive and force favorable 1 for 1 kills and more. I used to go top, clear the whole wave, poke enemy top, then take enemy jungle camps, forcing enemy jungler to come top. When he comes top, you use every escape tool you have in order to waste time. If they kill you, then you just start farming enemy jungle even harder. Enemy jungler cannot get 100% of his jungle value back just by killing you, but he either wastes resources on stopping you or has to invade. If they invade, you obviously have wards everywhere or simply predict their routes. At worst, if your team is losing, then you stall for time, forcing enemies to catch you so that you don't snowball. At best all lanes snowball because the enemies are not getting the economy they need to compete. When new runes came I rember inventing a lot of infamous builds like iceborne sylas or the 9/11 sion with grasp and hydra (back when Hullbreaker didn't exist, we had Ohmwrecker instead). I also was the one who made that disgusting Grasp Jhin with double infinity edge and rapidfire cannon, turning the AttackDamageCarry into just Carry. I was and still am, about that internal economy maxxing and making weakpoints in enemy lines like some kind of a mad Sun Tzu, but I stopped playing LoL some time ago, because I'm studying GD. Hearing about this guy brings me a lot of nostalgia!
