Back in 2019, M1 was taken private at 3.9x P/NAV. Current deal barely any premium to book. Good deal for Keppel shareholders but ain’t so great for SPH.
My question would be with the current market situation with those weak in performance due to pandemic, any observation that some more company going to delist regardless is private like home grown company or those under temasek. Just curious do you forseen some more delist? 🤔
