Hi Nino. Like B&W’s PX line of noise-canceling over-ear headphones, B&W utilized the same engineers as the team that was behind their prestigious 800 Series Diamond speakers. These are the same speakers used at Abbey Road Studios, and we think this is what sets both the PI7 and the PI5 apart from other in-ear headphones. If you'd like to know more about how they sounded with different tracks, check out our full-written review: audioadvice.io/pi5pi7 Thanks for watching!

Great review and comparison in the article! the comparison table was perfect for me to determine that the Pi7 is one the for me given it's additional features.
Thanks. Watched three times. Very detailed. Plus the review differentiates according to if somebody needs the additional features of PI7 over PI5. I'm happy with your review. I now know which of the two to go for. Been waiting ages for B&W to enter the TWS genre. Thanks once again. Love from Bangladesh
@@AudioAdvice I watched another two times. I will order PI-5 tomorrow, since I don't think I'll be able to exploit the additonal features of the PI-7. Thanks again for this detailed and honest review. Love from Bangladesh
Hi Michael. The PI7 does support Apple lossless up 24-bit/48 kHz, however Dolby Atmos is really used for multi-channel surround sound systems or soundbars, so like most 2-channel headphones Dolby Atmos should not work with the PI7. So after a few days of tests & trials -> Unfortunately I am sending the P17 back now. I have more than 20 DACs and the P17 only works "halfway" with my mobile phone and the FiiO X5 iii. I already know my way around the devices and usually know how to connect them. When it is running (FiiO X5 iii), the Ear-Bud sounds good to fantastic, but the volume is pretty low and the Bluetooth range is small and very prone to interference. It may be that this changes with firmware updates, but for the retail price I am expecting more. I like the ear buds themselves very much & are of high quality, but the case itself looks kind of cheap and not particularly durable. It's not mine (even if I'm otherwise a Bowers & Wilkins fanboy) so I'll give it back. Maybe I caught a Monday model too?
Hi Christian. We're sorry to hear you experienced some issues with your model. We didn't experience any of those issues when testing ours with Apple iPhones, Android-based smartphones, and our laptops - however pairing PI7 & PI5 with smartphones or laptops are the expected use cases, so one might run into issues with products it was not intended to work with like the FiiO X5 iii. We have not tested it with that player, specifically, so we really cannot say. However, if you purchased your PI7 from our website, come have a chat with one of our customer support chat advisors at www.audioadvice.com/ so we can help you troubleshoot the issue. Would there be a significant difference in sound quality if paired with an iPhone? Using Tidal on iPhone vs Apple Music? I’m curious how that would work with the case.
Hi Hannibal. Yes. high-performance in-ear monitors like the PI7 or PI5 will absolutely make Apple Music sound much better - especially Tidal. Since Tidal streams CD-Quality audio and higher at a a higher resolution, the the PI7 and PI5 will both let you hear all the details hiding in the music. However, when you choose the PI7, you will get a higher resolution capability with 24-bit/48 kHz wireless transmission between each earbud compared to 16-bit/48 kHz with the PI5, so you will hear Tidal's higher quality audio in all its full resolution detail. are you hearing hiss in transparency mode like some have reported? can the ANC feature be turned off completely cause my ears always have discomfort with any ANC? bowers is the only brand i buy for sound equipment so always excited for new products.
Greetings friend! We did not experience any hiss when using transparency mode. Transparency mode worked flawlessly with the demo pairs B&W sent for to conduct our extensive review. The ANC feature can also be disabled or you can adjust the level of ambient noise that is permitted to come into the in-ear headphones using the B&W Headphones app from your smartphone. Hello it’s really worth paying the difference between PI5 & PI7. ? 150 dollars which is 75 percent more. 250.00 vs 400.00. Thank you so much for posting
Our pleasure. The PI7's ability to play through the case itself is super cutting edge and this is a real differentiator for an in-ear headphone at this price point. If you are already investing in a premium pair of in-ears with the great look and sound of Bowers and Wilkins, if you can afford the extra dollars to get the PI7s, you should. Even though they are more expensive we think they are the better value and certainly will bring a unique and high-end look compared to everyone else wearing the same Apple Airpods. These look pretty nice. I'm kind of over wireless buds and have been enjoying wired IEMs with a bluetooth DAC/amp for about a year. These may tempt me to give them a try as they do seem a step up from the other popular wireless buds. I am adding an edit as I hadn't yet got to the bit about battery life. What are they thinking? That is about half the battery run time of my Sony wf1000xm3 which are quite old now. I don't care if it is 32bit playback if it only plays for 4 hours.
You have a very good point. Lots of tech, but not enough battery life will not be a selling point. A few years ago this would have been the norm. Can I ask what IEM you suggest as I was recommended sennheiser IE 100 Pro or the 400 version...

If its of any help to anyone I just had the PI5's delivered and they sound very impressive indeed. I can't offer a comparison to airpods or galaxy buds as I've never owned either but I have been using a set of aukey tws buds and these blow those out of the water. Deep bass and so sharp and clear.
Did you ever own/use the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 2? If yes, how do they compare in regards of sound. Really strange there is no comparison between the B&W and the Sennheisers.

The second point is that for every review we do, there are dozens of products we don't put out videos on. @@AudioAdvice No.. I didn't purchase it from your website but I was just wondering if the lid on your review model locked into place when opening? I am waiting to hear from Bowers and Wilkins support to see if this is a design or a defect.
In your written review you state that the PI7 has 2 mics - cVc2. On the B&W website it states a total of 6, 3 for each earbud.. I might be overlooking something but can you please clarify. Thnx!
Hi Jack. From the review: "The PI5 gives you access to twin built-in microphones for high-quality phone calls, noise-canceling features plus an ambient pass-through mode. The PI7 steps up the noise-canceling tech to Adaptive Noise Canceling technology that will automatically monitor and adapt to your surroundings in real-time so you can block out the external world and focus on the music. The ANC tech is driven by six microphones in the PI7 - three in each earphone - for crystal-clear sound quality with every phone call." - It looks like there was a typo in the chart where you got that info. Hope that helps. Thanks for letting us know and for watching!
Thanks for the clarification.. I was concerned because I had orderer the OnePlus 9 Pro prior to the release and they were advertising a dual sim which turned out to be inaccurate.. I still love the phone and also purchased the S21 Ultra.. Great video thanks!!
A decent review without doubt. But I read all the comments first and listened to you. Yes, I can confirm that the duration of the battery is not going to do B&W any favours here. The case is flimsy as well. Price point is B&W high end thinking. Yes, they went all out to try a d beat the competition out there. And it’s a tough one now as nearly every brand has their own version. So what is B&W doing that the others have not done? That is the selling point here. No earbud is the be all and end all in this market. I have tested the Senn True wireless ANC, Momentums, Sony’ M0000X3 , Bose QC ANC version, and the Jabra 75 ANC & 85 ANC as well as Apple’s high end earbuds and they all lack something that another one has. Sony wins hands down for battery just as Sennheiser do for wide sound stage as do Bose for ANC compared to the others. I will buy the PI7 in black when the price comes down as I am a Bowers & Wilkins speaker and headphone user. Never had a problem with their tech in years. However, along comes a niche market product from a reknown brand which was bought by another company so they may well have invested more than just time in this excellent looking earbud design. I can’t wait to feel those chords literally come out of the earbuds into my eardrums!
Thanks for watching, Rich! B&W utilized the same engineers as the team that was behind their prestigious 800 Series Diamond speakers. I have B&W PX7s and love them. It's funny- I will spend as much as $5K on a sound system, up to $600 on headphones, but just can't justify spending a lot on earphones. I always lose or break them. With few exceptions- I don't recall ever having a pair of earbuds/IEMs last me more than 1.5 yrs - I either lose them or they break/ fail.
That's a fair assessment. If you decide you want a really comfortable in-ear to use all day at work, or on the go, then compared to almost everything else out there, we think the PI7 and PI5 look and sound fantastic, plus their flawless connection with smartphones and computers makes them ideal for quick and easy everyday use. We also think the ability to play through the case itself is super cutting edge and this is a real differentiator that justifies these at this price point. Thanks for watching!
@@AudioAdvice I appreciate that but the battery life is another issue- 4 hrs is a tough pill to swallow. At this price point, I'm not expecting a flagship overall experience. I'm expecting these to be flagship tier at every single criteria with virtually no exceptions. 4 hrs is much less than every other pair of truly wireless buds I've owned. ANC and fast charging (which is standard with most devices these days) aren't enough to offset that downside.
Greetings! For the right person, Bose makes some pretty nice products. The PI7 is simply the best of breed in terms of high-performance music listening on the go, and are the ones that really stand out when it comes to audio fidelity. Jumped on the PI7, sounds pretty good, battery lasted 3 1/2 hours only. If connected to my computer to watch a movie they only lasted 2 hours before needing charge. This option seems to drain the battery even faster. For sound quality alone they are pretty good, still think my Noble Falcon Pro’s are a bit more detailed being 3 drivers and the battery life is double but they do not have active noise cancelling. The Noble’s sit deeper in the ear so they passively block noise similarly to the active noise cancelling of the PI7’s. For the most expensive wireless iem so far I think they are just ok, battery life is too short, I’m going to return mine and stick with my others. Longest use out of one charge I received was 3 1/2 hours at 60-70% volume, so not even long even for a domestic flight.
Greetings Peter, we were able to get around 3-3.5 hours of battery life with ANC on and aptX HD with the PI7. However, using the wireless retransmission smart case to wirelessly transmit hi-res audio from laptops to the PI7 means it charges simultaneously when used in this application. If you are looking for a great noise-canceling earphone to use for working on your laptop, the 4 hours of hi-res audio playback over Bluetooth with your mobile device becomes icing on the cake. @@AudioAdvice I confirmed this with B&W it only charges the case not the ear buds. The ear buds will still have the same battery life and require being placed into the case for charging.
@@Peter-tc3epYes, i dont understand this charging simultaneously thing :-) Wow, that would be insane if the case could charge the earbuds from afar....it would definitely be worth 400 euros .
The touch capacitive sensors control playback, taking calls, voice assistant activation, and noise cancelling. Hi there, I read somewhere that these can be used with a wired connection via the charing box, Is this true? And if so, can I use the internal microphone as well if hooked up via a USB-C for Zoom and Skype calls?
Yes. The smart charging case that comes with the PI7 doubles as a wireless re-transmitter that sends hi-res audio from your laptop to the earpieces. In this application, you can still use the microphones in the PI7 earpieces to have zoom or skype calls with your computer. Also does this have pass through sound while listening. I'd like to be able to hear people approaching while I walk on a bike path. Would this use the same app. that my PX7 uses on my iPhone/iPad? Finally, how is their connectivity to iPhones and iPads?
Hi Bill. The PI7s support pairing with multiple devices, so you can transition between your phone, laptop, tablet, and other devices. Your music, movies, and conversations will also follow wherever you go similar to the PX7s. There's also Adaptive (ANC) active noise cancellation which monitors the noise around you and automatically adjusts to ensure your music is all you will hear. I own a pair of the PX7 headphones that also have the AptX Adaptive codec. The AptX Adaptive codec is really useful when I'm switching between work apps, high def music, and gaming.
@@AudioAdvice Unfortunately, immediately after posting my comment, one of the seams on the left earcup pulled apart. The adhesive gave up. Now I'm stuck trying to get it replaced or having to buy a new set less than a year after buying the headphones.
It would be a world class earbud, but 4 hours battery life puts the B&W behind the competition. Double the battery performance and it will be a king for long. We are talking about a pair of wireless earbuds which operates on battery. That would be the first selling point to have impressive battery and quality sound. The rest is just side feature.
There's 20 additional hours in the case and so many other features that put this earbud into a class of their own. I'd take sound quality and the retransmission feature over any other earbud out currently.
But still, there is a large group of people let's say officers who can afford those earbuds but will not buy it, because half way ( if the specs are real) they have to put them back to the charging case to charge. Mean while they change to another earbuds let's say the back up and use those till their premium earphones charge up. If you have an awesome electric car with the latest tech but can do only 150 miles, that is a kind of failure. Nevertheless less waiting on the IP 9 hopefully with 9 hours on a single charge!✌
@@krisztianpapp1150 nobody else will be able to use their case to play music with their laptop or for me the real game changer is to use it on an international flight entertainment center and it simultaneously charges it when I need it for the 4 hours and have 20 more hours of charge time. This has all others beat hands down!!

We should ask B&W to add a low performance mode maybe lectronically disable a driver for extra battery life even if it degrades the sound quality for those time where you dont need the best HIRES quality...also i have not tried yet to use them with SBC instead of APTX maybe they will last longer.

How is the microphone quality? PI4‘s microphone is too low, so others can barely hear me - not even to speak of any background noise, in that case they become useless.
Hi Marco. The mic quality is very good in both, but if you want the best mic quality performance on calls then go with the PI7. The PI5 gives you access to twin built-in microphones for high-quality phone calls, noise-canceling features plus an ambient pass-through mode. The PI7 steps up the noise-canceling tech to Adaptive Noise Canceling technology that is driven by six microphones in the PI7 - three in each earphone - for crystal-clear sound quality with every phone call. The only downside to all of these in ear wireless earbuds is that ounce the batteries life has depleted you can't change or replace them with new batteries. You have to say bye bye

I can attest that owning a pair of both the M&D MW08 and now the B&W PI7 there is no comparison. I returned the MW08 despite the longer battery life and overall nice design and kept the PI7 due to the what was most important to me the sound quality and ANC. The PI7 are as good as any over the ear headphones I've tried before. Definitely recommend by far.
@@AliMohammed-or8it these earbuds are meant for audiophiles. The bass is punchy but does not drown out the mids or highs and they all blend nicely. I listen to all genres of music and these sound great with everything I've listened to but especially good with any detailed instrumental. These aren't meant for exercising so if you are planning to use them for anything more than a walk I wouldn't choose these. If you are looking to kick back and find a nice easy chair, grab an ice cold beer or cocktail, close your eyes you will forget everything and get immersed in your music. Today my P17 arrived and I was really happy because I'm a big Bowers fan (own P5, P5 wireless, P7, PX, PX 5). I'm currently very disappointed The P17 cannot be coupled with my favorite FiiOs (M11, M11pro, M15) & if then only without audio media -> so no music * grrr coupling then works with FiiO x7 ii & iBasso DX160, I was really happy -> but then only massive dropouts * I'm pissed, unfortunately * When music played for 2 minutes without interference, the sound seemed to be very good. Now I'm disappointed & maybe send it too back With the other Bowers (P5 wireless, PX, PX5) I have no problems with the connections & no interference either .... It's a shame, but maybe someone has an idea how to get them to work without interference?

4 hour playback time? These are not even remotely close to the top tier players such as the new master and dynamic mw08's or the sennheiser momentum 2's. Not even the build quality or features is even in the same league as the top of the range models that are $100 less. I have seen these exact same looking dual driver units (used a Chinese no name manufacturer) almost two years ago on both Amazon and Ali Express for under $60. I wish I could find the listing again so I could post them to show you how identical the no name buds resemble these. It has been 2 years but i am confident you can find it again if you search hard enough. This is not a Bowers exclusive design (besides bowers and wilkins name placed on the generic shaped gold cover) nor do these sound like the famous audio reproduction their home speakers are known of . . . Sound quality is a subjective experience and depends on your individual taste however if I am going to throw down $$$ on buds its going to be the sennheiser momentum 2's or the new m and d mw8's. Armature drivers? Please man. All the chifi low range buds are doing the same thing with comparable sound as these overhyped buds. All the low range budget buds do all the codecs b and w claim to do with competitive resolution. These are based on knock offs CAD designed Chinese no name company garbage. This guy is a salesman that works for a high-end retailer. Nice try though. Shame on Bowers. This is the best they could do? Nothing ground breaking here. Just overhyped nonsense. Don't believe the hype.
What is all this psychobabble nonsense you just wrote. These are way ahead of anything released on the market yet today. I've had all the top earbuds releases thus far and the specs alone blow all the others out of the water let alone the features these include. You're way out of line with all you said. These will easily be the best TWS earbuds out period for at least the next year or maybe much longer.
@@marczack9794 psychobabble? These are facts. Truth. This review is nothing more then conjecture and moreover biased. These TWS are nothing new and fall way below specs, battery life, etc than even low-mid range wireless buds with Bluetooth 5.2 in 2021. This information is online for anyone to research. They are brilliant salesmen if they are able to convince their customers that these buds are the latest and greatest. I invite this retailer's customers to do their own research before spending $400 of their hard earned money on a pair of wireless earbuds with 4 hours of battery life which is mediocre at best . I am a consumer that loves music and this hobby. I will search Ali Baba and Amazon and try to find a link to the exact same Chifi buds I speak of and send it in a private email to the sales manager of this retailer. I am assuming this "high end audio" retailer have a loyal customer base who trust in their opinion. In this case the opinion is extraordinarily flawed, biased, and out of touch. Nothing to gain by writing this. Do your own research. Caveat emptor.

You guys are out of your fucking mind for $400 for fucking earbuds I love Bowers and Wilkins but the one thing that is true is that earbuds especially wireless ones are easy to lose and not only that there is the definite possibility that one may malfunction and door also the case may malfunction. Unless if you go with Bestbuy it’s really not an option to buy these because warranty and accessibility for replacement parts would be a concern at least for me. If you truly need a more audio file or audio accurate experience on the go get wired earbuds not only will the blackout sound a lot better but they will most likely be less cost and still have a good microphone for calls if it comes to that I can live without wireless I still have my C7 is back up for traveling wirelessly I just use the Apple AirPod pros. The sound quality may not be nearly as much but neither is the cost
Hello friend! It looks like you are right. In terms of Bluetooth, both support Bluetooth 5.0 with Qualcomm’s aptX™ for hi-res audio with better than CD-quality from streaming services like Qobuz. However, when you step up to the PI7, you will get a higher resolution capability with 24-bit/48 kHz wireless transmission between each earbud compared to just 16-bit/48 kHz with the PI5. You still get aptX with the PI5, but the range of aptX compatibility is extended on the PI7. The PI7 gives you aptX, aptX Adaptive, aptX HD, aptX Low Latency, and aptX Classic. Hope that helps! @@AudioAdvice Thanks for the answer. Yes, the video is very positive but I was more referring to most of your answers in the comment section as they are pretty obvious standardized press releases. Still, I never doubted the PI7 to be bad headphones. In fact I own them by myself since today and they sound awesome! But I definitely want to compare them with the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 2 which are also titled to be "class leading" in terms of audio quality but with way better battery life. Besides the weak battery of the PI7 the next big issue of them is the B&W App which doesn't include an equalizer and no option to change the gestures. This is quiet disappointing since there is no opportunity to activate the transparency mode without the app and that's really a shame for 400€ headphones. I hope they'll fix that.
They do look sort of like Sony in-ears on the outside, but the inside is very different. B&W utilized the same engineers that were behind their prestigious 800 Series Diamond speakers. These are the same speakers used at Abbey Road Studios, and we think this is what sets both the PI7, PI5, and the PX7 over-ear headphones apart from other headphones. The soundstage is not as wide compared to over-ear headphones. Having said that, the sense of presentation you get with the PI7 and PI5 in-ear headphones is really impressive for an in-ear design. It all comes down to the world-class drivers Bowers & Wilkins designed them. You can read more about that in our full written review: audioadvice.io/pi5pi7 Thanks for watching!

These earbuds look ridiculous. I‘m sure they sound okay but since Bowers & Wilkins got bought up by Sound United, they have just been releasing weird and questionable products if they release something at all. I used to own the original PX’s and was really disappointed with their sound quality and comfort. These look like a truly first gen product. Such a shame a big company is able to ruin a brand with such a reputation and knowledge. The case looks incredibly cheap. Like a Chinese knock off of the Sony WF1000‘s case. I mean look at Master & Dynamic. That’s how you make a premium case.

The PXs are ancient and their first ANC wireless headphones - a first gen product - and many liked them except for the comfort. The PX7 are much more comfortable. These are a first gen product. Their headphones and earphones are class leading though. Point me to any others that compare that use AptX Adaptive? They're the only ones. So they're leading the way in tech. The Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 2 for example only have AptX - they lost Low Latency. So no good for media consumption. These with device support should provide low latency and HD. Few devices are there yet but they will be. The retransmission case means you can use them with a Nintendo Switch for example. Mulitpoint means they can connect to your laptop and phone at the same time Awesome for travel
Also who cares about the case? Looks are rather subjective I think the Master and Dynamic true wireless earphones themselves look okay but not great These look more premium and substantial but also rather chunky Sennheisers look better than both to me I think
@@ShinShinokeyes the PX7 were better, but the bass on these was just too bloated in comparison. Audio sounds fairly compressed rather than natural. I guess most of the users that will buy these earphones are using an iPhone, so AptX is basically irrelevant.

However, when you choose the PI7, you will get a higher resolution capability with 24-bit/48 kHz wireless transmission between each earbud compared to 16-bit/48 kHz with the PI5, so you will hear Tidal's higher quality audio in all its full resolution detail. bowers is the only brand i buy for sound equipment so always excited for new products.
We covered this in a lot more detail in the performance section in our full-written review, so be sure to check that out if you want to know even more: audioadvice.io/pi5pi7 Thanks for watching!

We agree 4 hours is on the lower end for mobile on-the-go use. Plus, B&W utilized the same engineers that were behind their prestigious 800 Series Diamond speakers. These are the same speakers used at Abbey Road Studios, and we think this is what sets both the PI7 and the PI5 apart from other in-ear headphones. Maybe we should have mentioned that in our video because you and Rich bring some great points. Thanks for watching!
If its of any help to anyone I just had the PI5's delivered and they sound very impressive indeed.
I can't offer a comparison to airpods or galaxy buds as I've never owned either but I have been using a set of aukey tws buds and these blow those out of the water. Deep bass and so sharp and clear.
Have you tried the sennheiser momentum 2? I’m debating between the PI5’s and those
I'm sorry I haven't
Scott, we couldn't agree more. Bowers knows what they are doing when it comes to sound. Thanks for watching.
Did you ever own/use the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 2? If yes, how do they compare in regards of sound. Really strange there is no comparison between the B&W and the Sennheisers.
Very informative review.

This sounds more like a B&W comercial than a review....
Greetings friend. We appreciate your point that this was a super positive review. A few points we should have made. First, the PI Series are best in class wireless in-ear headphones, and ones that really stand out. The second point is that for every review we do, there are dozens of products we don't put out videos on. In other words, we simply don't waste people's time with reviews and comparisons on products that we don't believe in. The third point is that our individual reviews are where we dive deeper into any of the negatives if there are any to call out.
Sennheiser vs PI7 vs B&O EQ, which one has the best sound system quality?
We have not tested the other two models, sorry. Thanks for watching
How do believe the audio performance of the P17 would compare to the Bose QC Earbuds?
Greetings! For the right person, Bose makes some pretty nice products. The PI7 is simply the best of breed in terms of high-performance music listening on the go, and are the ones that really stand out when it comes to audio fidelity. Having said that, if you want the best - the right pair of noise cancelling earbuds will usually come down to your needs, and budget, so if you need help deciding which one is right for you, come have a chat with one of our in-ear monitor chat experts on audioadvice.io/aa-chat and we will be glad to help you you out! Thanks for watching.
Thanks for watching!
@@AudioAdvice I confirmed this with B&W it only charges the case not the ear buds. The ear buds will still have the same battery life and require being placed into the case for charging.
@@Peter-tc3epYes, i dont understand this charging simultaneously thing :-)
Wow, that would be insane if the case could charge the earbuds from afar....it would definitely be worth 400 euros .
@@JoeGillian0 yes it would and definitely does not charge the earbuds while in your ears.
Is it possible t control volume with the touch buttons os the earbuds?
The touch capacitive sensors control playback, taking calls, voice assistant activation, and noise cancelling. Volume control is controlled at the source so if the source is your smartphone, then the volume slider on your music streaming app or the physical volume buttons on the smartphone control raise and lower the volume. Thanks for watching!
You can lock in your place in line when you pre-order here: www.audioadvice.com/bowers-wilkins-pi7-wireless-in-ear-headphones Thanks for watching.
@@AudioAdvice quick question, you mention that you can use it while on Skype but I tried it and I couldn't hear anybody even though they said they can hear me. Is there something I'm doing wrong?
Will these PI7's switch wireless sources like my PX7 headphones? With them I can take a phone call from my iPhone, while listening to music via my iPad.
When you want to hear the sounds in your environment, the PI7’s Ambient Pass-Through feature will let you pause the music and have a conversation without taking out the earbuds.
Greetings friend. Yes, we agree. 4 hours is on the lower end for mobile on-the-go use.

What is better in sound quality
Master and dynamic mwo8 or B&W PI7
I can attest that owning a pair of both the M&D MW08 and now the B&W PI7 there is no comparison. I returned the MW08 despite the longer battery life and overall nice design and kept the PI7 due to the what was most important to me the sound quality and ANC. The PI7 are as good as any over the ear headphones I've tried before. Definitely recommend by far.
@@marczack9794 thank you so much
But What are the aspects that the p17 excels in sound quality over the mwo8 ?
@@AliMohammed-or8it these earbuds are meant for audiophiles. The bass is punchy but does not drown out the mids or highs and they all blend nicely. I listen to all genres of music and these sound great with everything I've listened to but especially good with any detailed instrumental. These aren't meant for exercising so if you are planning to use them for anything more than a walk I wouldn't choose these. If you are looking to kick back and find a nice easy chair, grab an ice cold beer or cocktail, close your eyes you will forget everything and get immersed in your music. As mentioned these are for a smaller targeted group of people specifically looking for sound quality and that's what you'll get with the PI7.

Mulitpoint means they can connect to your laptop and phone at the same time
Awesome for travel
Also who cares about the case?
Looks are rather subjective
I think the Master and Dynamic true wireless earphones themselves look okay but not great
These look more premium and substantial but also rather chunky
Sennheisers look better than both to me I think
@@ShinShinokeyes the PX7 were better, but the bass on these was just too bloated in comparison. Audio sounds fairly compressed rather than natural. I guess most of the users that will buy these earphones are using an iPhone, so AptX is basically irrelevant.
