    Royal Falooda
    Ingredients for Rose Milk:
    Milk 1 L
    Sugar 2 tbsp
    Cardamom Powder ½ tsp
    Rose Syrup 2tbsp
    Ingredients for Strawberry jelly:
    Water 2 cups
    Strawberry Jelly powder 1/2 cup
    Ingredients for Banana Jelly:
    Water 2 cups
    Banana Jelly powder 1/2 cup
    Ingredients for assembling:
    Water (for soaking) ½ cup
    Chia seeds 2 tbsp
    Vermicelli as required
    Chopped Nuts (Almonds & Pistachios) as required
    Rose milk as required
    Wall’s Paddle Pop (Vanilla Flavored Cup) as required
    Fruit Cocktail as required
    Red syrup as required
    Red Cherries as required
    Directions:
    1. In a small bowl add water and chia seeds and soak for 15-30minutes.
    2. Now, in pot boil milk, add sugar, cardamom powder, and sugar syrup and stir for a minute.
    3. Cool it down and then refrigerate until chill.
    4. Bring water to boil in a sauce pan. While stirring continuously add strawberry jelly powder and stir until the powder has dissolved. Make banana jelly the same way.
    5. Transfer into a bowl and let both jellies cool at room temperature and then refrigerate until chilled. Cut them into cubes.
    6. Take a glass, add banana jelly, vermicelli, chia seeds, strawberry jelly, rose milk, Wall’s Paddle Pop, almonds and pistachios, fruit cocktail, Vanilla Cup, red syrup, almonds and pistachios, red cherry
    7. Serve immediately.
