I stupidly did the same on Friday because I had to interact with her at her work and I could see she was as sad as I was. When we talked on the phone it was horrible. She told me she never goes back to an ex and I wasn’t giving her peace. She threatened to scream if I ever tried to talk to her in public. This is coming from someone that told me “I love you” three times a day and FaceTimed with me every night until we fell asleep for 6 months straight. Granted she was only 23 and she was scared her family would disapprove of our age difference giving her high anxiety when she was out with me, which she also blamed me for. We were both affectionate and there was zero abuse and only mild disagreements which were squashed within minutes because both of us were clingy and head over heels for each other. We validated each other’s feelings and listened to each other’s problems. But she treated me so cruel over the phone and said we would only talk 10 minutes then we were to never speak again. This after a mutually loving relationship where I tried to fulfill all her love languages but my best wasn’t enough to get her to even discuss the issues she had and work through solutions. She just abandoned us in a cruel way with no intent to repair the bridge.

Been a year since break up. Longest I gone with no contact is 50 days. She in new relationship for 9 months, 2 months after we split. Any hope of eventually winning them back?

Just don't. I was in a similar situation. She thought the grass was greener and left you for somebody she thought was better. She didn't care about how heartbroken you were while she was having fun with the new man. Why would you ever want to get back with somebody who did this?

Been a year since my break up. Went nc immediately and she’s now been with a new person for the last six months and moved in with them three months ago. I still love and care about her so freaking much.
