Make sure you have a compelling pitch package and pitch. See if you can get that lead actress to sign a Letter of Intent. If she's a big actress, you may have to give away part of the ownership (standard).

Yes, Sunny worked. But 99.9% of the time it won't. You can't plan using a fluke.
