The voices rock, but I'm unsure whether the music still works today. This does make me realize though, the voice actors from this new movie, Thor and the other dude doing Megs, they really came across to me, as potentially these same G1 voices but, a much..MUCH, younger version. I felt like the tone was correct, the pitch was just younger sounding, so I am ok to go with that. That being said, I also put together a little montage from this same movie, but, I replaced the various weapons with G1 sound effects.
@@TheMightyCookieShow hey thanks for the comment. I didn’t care if the music works for today or not, this is supposed to be a G1 rendition period. Those of us who grew up with the Transformers TV Shows and 1980’s Movie, can appreciate this full heartedly. The music from Transformers the Movie still holds up today, and gives everyone goosebumps when Optimus is fighting to “You Got The Touch.” So the music here was very intentional. I wanted to make this almost seem like an episode from the 1980’s cartoon with the Transformers Symbols in between Animation included. G1 fans get it my friend.
See? this is so much better than the movie. Why didn't they do this at the end? they weren't D-16 and Orion Pax anymore, they were now Megatron and Optimus Prime.
I had to manipulate the voices a lot more on my own after the AI Generation. The voices didn’t sound as authentic, came out too light and didn’t sound like the original voice actors as they do now with my edit.
@@theylivewesleep.5139 I absolutely agree with you, and stated so in the description. The only way I could enjoy the movie is like this, and even that wouldn’t do it for me.
@ megatron’s voice in that movie is probably the worst one he’s ever had. Hearing frank welker’s voice brought in unholy union with Brian Henry’s horrible delivery doesn’t really improve things for me, I’m afraid.
@@The_Exiled it’s most likely because you didn’t grow up with the original transformers. Peter Cullen, Frank Welker and the rest of the voice over characters were a household staple in the 80’s and into the big screen with Transformers the Movie. This movie seemed like a cheap knock off. You can’t have Optimus Prime and Megatron sounding like they did in T-1 and expect people to walk away feeling satisfied. It’s just not the same regardless if the animation and fight scenes were “cool.” This didn’t feel like Transformers to the majority of fans and that’s why the movie bombed. There’s no denying that fact even if you felt the movie was good. 😭😁🤣
@@ooPHOENIXooExactly! You can’t beat G1. This movie felt so corny and childish . Plus, this origin story doesn’t follow canon or transformer lore. I knew a lot of people were upset with how they tried to reinvent everything including the character voices. Didn’t work at all. This movie was very disappointing, but to newbies, I can see why they would like it
This is awesome!
Optimus sounds so good 😭
There's only one thing missing. You should have added the original transformation sound to Megatron changing into tank mode and leaving.
@@Vault-TecRegionalOffice-zn2tm very true, but at the distance from camera I didn’t think it was needed. But I agree it would have made it better
Holy prime
Holy Primus
Holy Iacon!!
That... That HURT. Viscerally.

how did you get the Optimus voice?
Transformers one wasn’t good
