Take out teeth from its mouth carefully. Remove intestines. Cut into small pieces. 3. Flesh of cuttlefish, cut at the middle vertically. Take out bones. Remove skin. Take out fins. 4. Cuttlefish, rinse thoroughly. Dry with kitchen towels. 5. Tentacles of cuttlefish, put in a big bowl. Fins, divide it into 2 shares. Put in the bowl. Flesh of cuttlefish, make light cuts. Divide it into 8 shares. 6. Vermicelli has been turned soft, drain. Rinse thoroughly. Drain. 7. Chili, get it rinsed. Divide it into 2 shares vertically. Remove seeds. Dice in cubes. 8. Season the cuttlefish: a. Tapioca starch 1 tbsp, mix well. b. Shrimp sauce 1 tbsp, mix well. c. Abalone sauce little d. Sugar 0.5 tsp e. Garlic sauce, mix well. 9. Vermicelli, put on plate. 10. Cuttlefish, add in 0.5 tsp of oil. Mix well. Put on top of the vermicelli. Steps: 1. Heat up a wok of water. 2. Steam the cuttlefish at high flame for 5 minutes. 3. Steam well. Put chili cubes on top. 4. Complete. Serve.
