Recipe & Ingridients
In a pot add 200 gram desi ghee and 1 1/2 sliced onions. With this add 2 cinnamon sticks, 4-5 green cardamom, 2 black cardamom, 10-12 black pepper corns, 8-10 cloves and 2 bay leaves.
Cook all these untill onions get light brown. Then add 750 grams of boneless mutton prices cut into steak style. Add 2 TBSP ginger/garlic paste. Cook this for 5-7 minutes.
After cooking for 5-7 minutes add 1 TSP cumin powder, 1 TSP red chili powder, 1 TSP kashmiri red chili powder and add salt to taste. Cook all these for 4-5 minutes and then add (Almond, coconut and khashkaas) paste, recipe is written below:
-8-10 almonds
-1 TSP coconut flakes
-1 TSP khaskhaas
Soak these things overnight and make a paste.
After adding paste, cook it further for 5-7 minutes.
Then we will add 1-1/2 TSP Crushed corriander will cook for 2-3 minutes and then add 1 cup of yogurt. We will cook this gravy for 10-12 minutes.
After cooking it for 10-12 minutes we will add 2 cups of water and cook it in pressure for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes your mutton pasanday are ready to be served.

There is nothing disrespectful. We are not showing qurbani. After Qurbani is done, we will show how to individually cut the different parts of meat. That will be knowledgeable for those who don’t know what part of meat is used for which dish.

@ haroondarr, don’t criticising delicious dish. You can remove oil when you eat, my sons and son-in-law do it. I used same amount of ghee/oil in cooking,
Firstly sir it isn’t 1kg. We used 200 gram ghee. Some dishes require more ghee and fat to taste better. In case if you don’t like ghee you can simply remove that from plate. But some dishes require ghee and oil. 😊
