Loved both the full episodes of this Run. Total chaos! Jin was absolutely hilarious calling for the teacher! Hobi’s laugh was contagious! Yoongis smile and admiration for the members throughout the episodes was heartfelt. Joon trying hard at yoga and struggling yet not trying to look hot but succeeding! Jimin was definitely in his element and was perfect from start to finish! V and kook hanging around enjoying themselves. Definitely up there as a favourite 💜

Jhopes laugh lol. And him being clueless half the time. Jin just was on a struggle bus that day. very proud of RM he did such a super good job, jimin and v role playing and also bickering who was going to be up front so had to play rock paper Scissors, suga did a really good job, jungkook was really good to, had to show off some of his exercise moves lol. This was chaos and i loved it jin had me in tears from laughing. And wait until you watch mini field day the slippery soccer jimin had me rollin 😂
I’m truly happy to see the boys enjoying every moment they get to have fun and great laughs during their fully-packed schedules and their both physically and mentally stressed job as international idols. Our boys have really shown us the saying of “Life is all about challenges, fun and games.” They are my role models in life besides being my happy pills 🥰 How can I NOT love them? 💜

Flying yoga is mostly about core and grip strength while making it look effortless. In the beginning quite a few poses hurt (like RM's) before you develop the muscles and get used to it. My teacher insisted on us being quiet and breathe through the pain. It was a lot of fun and I still miss it. This is such a fun Run BTS episode. I'll rewatch it if I need a mood booster.

Here's some Run BTS videos you will enjoy. They filmed them in 2022 before Jin went into the military. Telepathy Pt. 1 & pt. 2 Flying yoga pt. 1 & pt. 2 Run bts TV on Air pt. 1 & pt. 2 Next Top genius pt. 1 & pt. 2 Mini field day pt. 1 & pt.2 There's over a 160 episodes.
The flying yoga was actually two episodes of Run! BTS, for nearly an hour each and most of the episodes were a lot of laughs. I highly recommend watching the full episodes. JK was the one who suggested flying yoga, although Jimin's suggestion wouldn't have been any easier. He suggested pole dancing. The flying yoga was actually quite painful, or at least very uncomfortable, for them at times but they laughed it off. Literally. The individual poses, like the one with Namjoon and his wrapped thighs or the on with Yoongi and the drink, were all chosen by the members from a list of poses that they could do. The instructor flat out warned Namjoon that his pose was the most painful one and he wanted to back out and choose a different one, but the others wouldn't let him. Poor Jimin ended up with the wedgie from hell from his pose. For me, the really interesting part was seeing the difference between their expressions when posing for the camera and their reactions to what they were doing as soon as they were no longer posing. They show the final pictures, too, so you can really see the difference.
I really love your reactions to BTS and i really hope that you will watch alle the Run BTS episodes beacause they are all very funny and you will really see their personality and who they are as people. The member that always caught my eyes in every episode is Jimin, his personality is one of a kind, a literal angel. If you watch both episodes of flying yoga you'll see how flexible Jimin is, everything seems easy for him. Jhope said that Jimin & JK are the aces in flying yoga.
