Do you know that there's a story roaming around about the girl who shouted "I will sue Min Yoongi"? (though this story is not confirmed, it may be true, it may be not, but who knows?)
That same army girl kept on shouting that she will sue Min Yoongi, in every fan sign/fan meet or performance/ concert she attended, Yoongi then said "She keep saying she will sue me" then one time she shouted " I will report you Min Yoongi" , Yoongi then answered "You said you will sue me now you will report me" then one time she went again in a fan meet and give Suga a bracelet, and ask him to marry her. Suga asked, "How old are you" she replied "17" Suga then said "Ok" then give back the bracelet and say "Wait for me until 7 years, I will recognize you by this bracelet and I will marry you. Just keep your ring finger empty."

And, it's also true that Yoongi asked her if he could go since she has been supporting them for a long time but she said not bc that would make her doubt lmao 😂💜

Hi dear. 69yo ARMY here. In Korea age is VERY important and someone younger should never call someone older by their first name without adding the honorific hyung if ypu're male or oppa if you're female after their furst name or they should just call them hyung or oppa. There are people who have never called their older brother or sister by their first name because it isn't appropriate. Those girls were teasing JK calling him older brother when he was probably younger than them. Jin's full name is Seokjin so when younger fans were calling him Seokjinie it wasn't appropriate. They should have addressed him as oppa.

There’s a whole video of the first clip where J-Hope surprises that group who were practicing to one of BTS’ choreography! You have to find it! Please! The reactions of all of them are priceless! 💜💜💜
The elevator prank video was from "Rookie King", Episode 1, back in 2013, not long after the boys debuted as BTS. They were aged 16 to 21 years old then. RM was 18 going on 19. And the youngest 3 members (JImin, V and Jungkook) were still in high school. The members were asked to show off their talents in the elevator and were aware that they would be filmed doing this. What they didn't know is that they would be pranked too. This attractive lady would enter the elevator crying and she would press all the buttons. Then at some point, a crowd would enter, causing her to be squeezed closer to the BTS member being pranked. The guys' reactions were hilarious! If you search TH-cam, you can still find the full episode with fanmade Eng subs. In total, there were 8 Episodes of "Rookie King" featuring BTS only. Happy watching!

If you are female, you would call your older brother "Oppa". If you are male, you would call your older brother "hyung". But "oppa" can also be used as a term of endearment for a boyfriend, or for a male friend you are close to, if you are female. Just as how BTS calls each other "hyung", if another member is older than them, because they are close friends, like brothers, even though they're not blood-related. That's why JK is saying he will check ARMYs' IDs to see if they are really younger than him, cos even ARMYs who are obviously older than him are calling him "oppa" and he doesn't think they should be calling him that.
You can call Oppa an older male friend, not a younger man than you, that´s why JK say: don´t call me Oppa. Then they called Jin "Seokjinie" like an endearment but again only older people can call them like that. It is the custom there.

Speaking of pranks, have you seen the one of Ashton Kutcher playing hide and seek with BTS on that James Cordon show? I think Ashton Kutcher ought to prank BTS properly in a whole episode of their own, the way Ashton Kutcher used to do to other folks. But if this even happens in the future, it'll have to be after BTS returns in 2025.
The elevator thing was a prank they pulled on the guys. They told them to go in the elevator and do crazy stuff.... but didn't tell them other people would get on... especially not a girl that is crying her eyes out. It's a great episode as they all react differently. Yoongi just keeps going. *LOL*
Yes, this was a prank on the boys. The one with J- hope, those were trainees & they were so surprized that he was there to watch them practice fake love. The one in the elevator had me rolling because they didn't know what to do when a young woman goes in crying.

@9:06 so this whole convo has to do with respect/language in SK. Oppa (like Jk was saying) is how a woman refers to a male who is older than she is. Since Jk was younger in that clip, he suspected that those fans were not actually younger than him, therefore they shouldn't really call him oppa. I believe adding 이 (ie) to the end of a name is usually done with someone you're closer to. So if those fans are 1. younger than and Jin 2. not close to Jin (Seokjin is his real name) than it isn't really appropriate to call him Seokjinnie.

Apparently, the girl who went past the line got a lot of flack. The rule was that they were supposed to stay behind the line but bc she went over, they had to close the doors right away for safety (she was too close).

Yep.... You can only call someone OPPA (big brother or boyfriend) if you are a girl... and they are older than you... AND... you are supposed to have a close relationship.
I know there's a lot of cool websites with amazing BTS themed items (especially for those on a budget...me included...lol😅) however I also recommend purchasing official BTS merchandise directly from their official Weverse Shop. That's just my way (one of sooooo many ways...not necessarily monetary either) of supporting our super talented Bangtannies. ARMYs recruiting newbies and/or friends & family members etc is also another way of showing that support....lol. Unfortunately I'm the only ARMY in my family. 😂😭💜 It's ok because they don't know what they're missing. .lol

Some army or most Army would say don't watch it but I say watch it because it's really a good show. BTS begin to learn about hip Hop from real rappers like Warren G. And Coolio. In the beginning Coolio was a little hard on them however it all worked out.👈👈

The history of the titty twist is that JK is a very deep sleeper. Almost impossible to wake up. So, when Jin could not get him up for school or other BTS scheduling, he would go in and do that to JK. It was the only way to get him up and moving for the day. So, like mentor like student.
The part with JK and the pushup, he is very strong but when it comes to girls, he was so bashful!!! There are lots of video with JK doing pushups with the members on his back. So, when it was the lady sitting on his back, he could not handle it. Just like in the elevator. Early BTS you see video of JK not even being able to make eye contact with any female.

Oppa is like using "Papi". Depends on how it's pronounced. 😉 seriously it's older brother and uni is older sister or oona (I get my honorifics mixed between countries) main thing is culturally the community takes care of eachother so everyone is your uncle aunt brother sister. Same in other cultures but still embedded in S Korea at least from friends, shows, reading etc.

when i was in 9´th grade i had a fan from the 4´th grade a young boy who was just so shy when i walked past him. his teacher asked me if i could surprise him last school day making me not throw candy like all the other graduating classes. but give it to him personally instead, so i said yes.
but the costum is that you have to be dressed up like halloween but silly. I was dresses up like a fat contruction man with overalls and pillow under my shirt so it make me look fat hehe. and i painted beard on my face and have a cap on.
so this young boy was so scrared when i walked over to him dressed like that and he didn´t even want to look at me. but after i left the teacher said he would not eat the candy i gave him hehe i thought i had scared him away but after he found out who it was behind the mask i think he was happy for it.

If you have watched a lot of Run BTS and meme compilations -- I think it's time to watch So I Made a Song Out of BTS Memes.
It is a masterpiece and you definitely need the CC on for it. I was cry-laughing because it just didn't stop.
"Appa" = Dad, but the term can be taken a couple ways.
1 - Literally "father"...used by both genders for their dad.
2 - By a female...to her male lover...as in...yep!..."Daddy" *AHEM*.
However, we also have to note here that "Oppa" = older brother - said ONLY by younger females to/about their older brothers...however, younger girls may also use it with older males they're close to - that is, VERY close friends with - as well.
The two terms can sound similar depending on the Korean dialect used as well as who hears it being said (non-Korean speaking people sometimes even hear both and those studying Korean do sometimes get the terms mixed up when first learning).
Thus, to ME, when I first saw that, it sounded MORE like "Oppa". How RM was whispering to him *and* with how JK was reacting, though? Yeeeaaahhhhhh, definitely "Appa" after all. Poor JK was just (desperately) trying to keep it as PG as possible! LOL
