Short demonstration of how a sound healing session unfolds with various instruments.

Your space is nice! My goal is to have a nice healing room!
Go for it! I was blessed with this new studio space as I wasn't looking for it. I had closed my last space during Omnicron COVID and opened to the Universe as to what was next. This came 6 months later and now I am celebrating one year anniversary there. The beautiful piece is that it was a yoga studio that I used to attend before I opened my business in 2018 and it's 4 minutes from home. The Universe supports our work!

Your session is lovely! Does one need to ensure that each instrument used, singing bowl for example, vibrate according to established frequencies of the chakras like Solfeggio's and the likes? Or, the frequencies do not matter anymore and just play whatever you want?
