Mary's Story: The RN at Mary's RACF calls 000 after Mary has a fall

In this continuation of the Case Scenario: Mary's Story, staff at the residential care facility call 000 after Mary has a fall in the courtyard. She tried to get up by herself and fell, hitting her head on a sandstone block. She has developed a large lump on her forehead and has a cut that is bleeding.
