I use my air fryer for pork chops. It takes about 12 to 16 minutes at 400° if they are thin, 375° if they are thicker so they don’t burn before they cook internally. and then like to add either brown sugar or honey or molasses or maple syrup, and do five minutes at 400° to give them a crispy crust..
I just made these for my lady and the kids and I must say they were delicious... The cinnamon gave them an extra burst of flavor.. I will be using cinnamon on my pork for now on.... Thanks!!
My seasonings on my pork chops tonight. Cumin Chilli powder Paprika Garlic Salt Cilantro Pepper Meat tenderizer ( the best with pork) And 1/3 cup of olive oil. I have no clue what my thoughts of what spices would be good with the help of Gods and a couple of videos. I think it may just turn out delish. I add water and baste my meat every 10 to 15min. Just like my momma taught me. Now for this part I know it will for sure come out tender. Bt these look like some healthy southern fried pork chops baked in the oven. Maybe I’ll try it with this method next time I bake some pork chops. 😋 Looks Delish!! Thanks for sharing!!
I remembered your recipe and made it for dinner tonight. I didn't have the ground chicken bouillon so I used chicken broth. I also combined all of the seasonings together Baked 4 large chops in a roasting pan, covered, for about an hour. I had no liquid at the bottom of the pan. My chops were tender, juicy, and flavorful This has become my favorite recipe for baked chops
Your porkchops are delicious!I made it today using my pork steak and followed your instruction,I just add a tiny bit of montreal steak seasoning towards the end it was so tasty!I dipped it in barbeque sauce it tasted really good thanks for sharing your recipe!
Lisa White I'm glad they liked them! We made more tonight to cut up and make into sandwiches for Mat's work for two weeks. Freezing next week's lunches with hamburger buns.
I didnt have any bouillon cubes but They Were YUMMMMMYYYY!!! THE CINNAMON REALLY GAVE IT LIKE A SMOKE TASTE THAT I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR... I DON'T LIKE A LOT OF SALT DUE TO MY HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE SO YOU HAVE SAVED MY LIFE!!! Thankxxx Once Again!!!
rozozzy Right! Himalayan salt has approximately 97 minerals in addition to the sodium. Plus it lacks all the additives. We've been using it for 9 years.
oksills.....please share the information about the salt...so many people do not know of the benefits. maybe we can take some money away from the pharm companies and people will feel better too. it pays for itself I think.
Thank you we just recently got a electric stove so everything can be exact as you did lol I always just friend them but me and my wife trying to be little more healthy. Have a great day
I'd probably put a little apple juice or water in the bottom.....love gravy. thanks for the cinnamon tip...I can't wait to try it instead of smoked paprika.
I used the cinnamon in two different dishes...yours and mine w/crushed pineapple and bbq sauce!! so good...I am a believer...thanks again....GREAT TIP....
Love! love! love !this recipe .made it tonight. you have yourself a new subscriber !thanks so very much for sharing what a terrific recipe . the pork chops were tender and juicy this was the very first time I ever put cinnamon on a Savory dish .again great great dish thanks for sharing!!GOD BLESS!!
Just gave these a try i forgot the cinn so going back to add it now smells good early lunch dinner with a veggie and starch too this how my family likes to eat
James Hill Sometimes, instead of bouillon, we will use kosher salt and add more herbs to taste. My personal favorites for pork are safe, rosemary, and thyme.
It depends on the style of pork chop. We always check ours at 30 minutes. Sometimes it takes 45 minutes to an hour. It also depends if they are fully thawed.
We always base it on the meat. If the meat looks like it needs it, we will add small amounts of oil. If you're looking at cooking a lean meat, I recommend olive oil sparingly.
We didn't have a decent marinade brush when we filmed this. We do now, and it makes a HUGE difference. Please check out our Part Two video for this recipe. Link is in the description.
On the first bake through, we do not. If we flip them, we season the other side. Please check out our Part Two video linked in the description of this video for more information.
We use a variety of seasonings. Sometimes we use sea salt and herbs instead of chicken bouillion. My personal favorite herb is winter savory. It grows really well here, and has an amazing flavor and smell.
My spouse has a allergy to any pepper. So I don't use it. Looks like way to much Seasoning. I haven't tried your recipe yet.. but I will. Without the pepper.
I definitely plan on making these again. When I do, I'll do a new video and show what they look like after baking. I will add my husband recently made pork chops, and he added a little bacon grease to them. That really brought out the flavors.
I just stopped by your channel because I saw the word HOMESCHOOLING Family. Thank you, thank you for being one of the 1 in 1,000,000-----and loving your children!
The chicken bouillon has enough salt for us. You can also substitute the chicken bouillon for your preferred salt and sage. We've made it both ways, and each has amazing flavor.
We made an update to this video where we bake one pan with foil over it and one without. Please check it out. The link is in the description of this video.
Chicken bullion?? I don't think I would like the cinnamon. Thanks for the actual oven cooking tips! I am not a huge fan of fried food, so I will make this, minus the cinnamon! Cinnamon is good on a roll with glazing or toast with some powdered sugar and butter, that's about it!

This was very good. I didn't follow the exact recipe. But, being new to cooking pork, this really helped me. Thank you. 🙂👍
Glad it was helpful!

Thanks for watching! And we sometimes dip ours in barbecue as well.
I made these tonight & they were delicious & moist. The cinnamon really gives it a unique flavor
I'm glad you liked them.
"Supper"!! As a transplant from the midwest, it's nice to see the word "supper".
I say supper and dinner interchangebly, I also say "pop". .. I'm from NW Ohio so maybe that's the Great Lakes region.
We say them interchangeably to broaden our girls' horizon.
I grew up in the hills of North Carolina....dinner was midday and supper was evening....everyone makes fun of me!!!!😂😂😂😂
There's still people on this side of the mountain that do it as well.
I made this recipe and i want to say i was worried about the cinnamon but it came our amazing you guys must try
I'm glad you liked it!
It's been a couple years since I found this recipe and I still make it. Tonite I am baking some potatoes along with the chops in the same pan...yummy
This comment made my day. Thank you! ❤
Made these pork chops and my husband loved kindle. Even my picky daughter.

Pork chops and applesauce
The Brady bunch
It's our favorite way to eat it.
I made these awhile back and forgot to leave a comment. They turned out great. Very tasty. tfs

Looks very good 😆 I'm cooking me for my guy tonight. Yummmmmmy. I no ur Family ate all the pork chops.
Hope you enjoy
I made these...I like simple..for lots. The cinnamon..."OH BOY"..!
LOVE IT.!
We're glad you enjoyed.
Deff. Trying this tonight!!! They came out looking juicy and crispy!!! Wish me luck!!!
Thank you for watching!
Amazing..gona make this today..thanks for shareing..😞👏👏
Enjoy!
I’m doing this tonight. Went to the store & bought stuff. Thought I had onion powder. I don’t. BUMMED OUT!
That is a bummer. If we don't have onion powder but have whole onions, we sometimes bake it with those.
I think I'll give it a try. I have to laugh though because your definition of a "light coating" is A LOT different than mine. 😊 Thanks for sharing.
Agreed
Lol, anytime!
yeah i thought the same heavy handed i thought
I'd probably put a little apple juice or water in the bottom.....love gravy. thanks for the cinnamon tip...I can't wait to try it instead of smoked paprika.
I love the suggestion. The only reason we don't add juice during cooking is because our family usually eats it with homemade applesauce.
I used the cinnamon in two different dishes...yours and mine w/crushed pineapple and bbq sauce!! so good...I am a believer...thanks again....GREAT TIP....
It sounds delicious. Pineapple is another favorite in our home.
Thank You for sharing. I made it for my family and they loved it. 🙌
I'm glad to hear it.
I tried it step by step, mmmmm!! lawd have mercy they was goooooood!!
I'm glad you like it!
I am gonna give you 5 stars and tell you good job again. Your pork chop recipe is better than Gordon Ramsay's! You need to teach him!
Thank you so much!
never thought of cinnamon will give a try thanks.
After experimenting, cinnamon is definitely my go to for anything pork now. Try it on hams, too.
Looks delicious, we have the same electric oven.I'm going to make this for dinner right now😁, thanks!
I hope you enjoy!

Julie Rodriguez Please let me know how you like it.
Julie...please tell me how they turned out...making oven bbq Sunday but using this as a base recipe...Thanks
Julie Rodrigue:
Just gave these a try i forgot the cinn so going back to add it now smells good early lunch dinner with a veggie and starch too this how my family likes to eat
I'll be trying this tomorrow
How did they turn out?
cinnamon... hmmm....definitely trying these tonight! Thanks!
You're very welcome!
Was it good with cinnamon?
Great video always willing to learn something new,but I am wondering what can I substitute that buillion cube with to cut the salt intake.
James Hill Sometimes, instead of bouillon, we will use kosher salt and add more herbs to taste. My personal favorites for pork are safe, rosemary, and thyme.
Is the Pork chops cooked fully at 30 min? I have heard some an hour and hour and a half? What do you suggest,?
Thank you
It depends on the style of pork chop. We always check ours at 30 minutes. Sometimes it takes 45 minutes to an hour. It also depends if they are fully thawed.
GOOD JOB.
Thank you!
omg yum yum yum yum i looks so easy thank you for sharing this video im a new subscriber going to try this tonight
Thank you for subscribing!
this is great. we're a family of five; 3 kids, mom & dad. 😊
We are the same. We currently have a foster son, but we have 3 girls.
More like this! More more more!
Thank you!
Thank you 🙏
We hope you enjoy!
Love it, I've made it three times 😃
Thank you for sharing! I'm glad you enjoyed it.
Great video! Just finished seasoning my pork chops and put em in the oven. Thanks for the help :)
Thank you for watching! Don't forget to watch our updated video. Link is in the description of this video.
Cinnamon was a great tip! Trying tonight! Thanks!
Thank you for watching! And please let me know how they turned out.
Yum these look good. How would you apply the EVOO if you have very lean chops with almost no fat?
We always base it on the meat. If the meat looks like it needs it, we will add small amounts of oil. If you're looking at cooking a lean meat, I recommend olive oil sparingly.
I was hoping you would cut into it and we could see the juices
I forgot to do it for the first video, so I made a follow-up video linked in the description.
Looks good👍👍👍👍👍👌
Thank you.
It keeps breaking up when you say what temp to put it on . I dunno if it's the video or my phone but is it 300 or 400 degrees?
It's 400 degrees.
@@ThisHomeschoolingAdventure Ok thank you ❤️
i just have the munchies and wanted to make porkchops 😂
They're so easy to make, and go with so many sides.
Carlos Scott

Lmao sameeee
Facts!😂😂😭💀
Next time distribute your spices more evenly. Nevertheless, they look spectacular!😋
We didn't have a decent marinade brush when we filmed this. We do now, and it makes a HUGE difference. Please check out our Part Two video for this recipe. Link is in the description.
Can you still put in onions and garlic and pepper
Definitely! Don't forget to check out our update video. Link is in the description of this video.
Some good stuff.
Thank you.
I didn't know if you turned the pork chops mid way or no?
You can. Sometimes we do.
But why did you put the dishes in the oven while the oven was still preheating??
Electric ovens preheat slowly. We've never noticed a major difference with preheating.
Thank you! You are amazing!
Thank you!
how long did you end up cooking them for???
sweet heart These baked for 45 min - 1 hour. It will depend on how thick the cut is, and how much bone is in it.
You've done sch a great job-they look very delicious?
Thank you! It literally was such a quick meal for the holidays.
Was the other side of the pork chops seasoned
My thoughts
On the first bake through, we do not. If we flip them, we season the other side. Please check out our Part Two video linked in the description of this video for more information.
love the pork chop!
Thanks! I hope to do more recipe videos when we get our computers up & running.
what seasoning can I use instead of the chicken bouillon
We use a variety of seasonings. Sometimes we use sea salt and herbs instead of chicken bouillion. My personal favorite herb is winter savory. It grows really well here, and has an amazing flavor and smell.
Judy Webb I heard vermouth, not sure just sharing what I heard.
So only season one side? Just make sure i put a good amount?
That's all we ever do. You can season both sides if you like. Just make sure your pan is well oiled so the seasons don't burn to the bottom.
Thank you!
I cover mine so they are more moist.
We made a second video with one pan covered, and one pan not covered. The link is in the description of this video.

Could I use minced onion if I dont have onion powder and do the same job?
Yes, we've used minced onions instead.
Thank you!! Great video by the way. Sorry should of said that to begin with. 😀😀
My spouse has a allergy to any pepper. So I don't use it. Looks like way to much Seasoning. I haven't tried your recipe yet.. but I will. Without the pepper.
Definitely customize it for your own taste. We sometimes leave our garlic for allergy purposes.
I'm crossing my fingers in hopes that my picky family likes the cinnamon I sprinkled on these...
Children usually like small amounts of cinnamon. You'd be surprised how many children's foods have cinnamon in them.
So you only did it on one side of the por chops?
Daiz Saenz Yes. I only sprinkle it on one side. I do the same with pork loin.
sorry but did I hear without change 30min. at 100 degrees?
No, we baked it at 400° for 30-45 minutes. Please don't forget to check out our updated video! Link is in the description above.
Thank you
TheSonjaxfactor You're very welcome!
can you use this recipe on boneless pork chops
Yes, we have used it on boneless pork chops. We've also used it on pork loin.
Can you cut it next time to show the tenderness?
I definitely plan on making these again. When I do, I'll do a new video and show what they look like after baking. I will add my husband recently made pork chops, and he added a little bacon grease to them. That really brought out the flavors.
We made an update to this video and included showing the pork chop cut after cooking. The link is in the description of this video.

Thank you!
At anytime during the baking did you flip the pork chops over?
I can't remember. Sometimes I do.
With a glass dish you really don't have to
No Salt?
The chicken bouillon has enough salt for us. You can also substitute the chicken bouillon for your preferred salt and sage. We've made it both ways, and each has amazing flavor.
Does it come out dry? I seen some that put a paper foil to cover it and keep it tender and juicy?
We've never had a problem with them coming out dry, but foil wouldn't hurt.
We made an update to this video where we bake one pan with foil over it and one without. Please check it out. The link is in the description of this video.
Yeah don't buy those pre-made rubs and seasonings. They charge HECKA money for stuff most people have sitting in the cabinet...
Exactly! I thought it was crazy how much a pork rub costs when you can do it at home for cheaper and better control of the blend of spices.
She had me till she added the cinnamon but they look good.
I never would have tried the cinnamon if I hadn't read it on the pork rub seasoning list.
what are bo cubes? never heard of them.
thunderlord2200 chicken bouillon cubes. They come compact in a foil wrapping. You can break them up, or buy it in powder form; if you can find it.
I like the powdered form as well.
We don't do a lot of fried foods as well.
