While i do like brush nibs much more than chisel, i like having a variety of colors even better. I would certainly invest in the brush version if they had different colors, so since they don’t, I’m happy with my full set of chisel nib mildliners. Thank you Jennifer and Steve for taking the time to give your viewers great content. I hope you all have a great week!

I did purchase the Sharpie brush markers 12 count. I love them! I'm also a big collector of the mildliners.

We absolutely need the 35 brush! I don't personally find chisel tips at all enjoyable for anything except highlighting.

I’ve only used the mild liners for highlighting in my books. I think I have to try coloring with them

I like the brush nib especially for close detail work and I like the pointy Mildliner end, so i need them all! Thanks for all the work you did!

Awesome video!!! I wanted to add that there is one more color in the new set: Dusty Pink. I see that there is a neutral set with copper and a natural set with dusty pink - why would they go and do that to us? My full set syndrome is in overdrive.

GREAT Vid , thanks for the great explanation, never new how to read the Japanese color code to the mildliner. Thanks for that.

When they talk about bleed through on thin paper - they are probably referring to bullet journals. Most bullet journals have a very weird thin paper. I know the Mildliners don't bleed or ghost in my Leuchtturm A5 dotted journals

I wonder if the Sharpie bullet nib would make nice consistent dots? May by nice, especially for bullet journalists

I just bought the complete 25 Zebra Mildliners set today at Target for about $30! I don’t need the five neutral set. I bought the 15 count about a week ago. I liked them sooo much! I use them for bullet journaling and Bible highlighters. I saw the sharpie S note, but didn’t want them.

I’ve worked with sharpie in their s notes and with zebra. I love the both! But the colors are different. You can have 72 highlighters.
You can create more colors with the Mildliners by laying them on top of each other. I did a video for zebra on their channel on color palettes too with some blending. I think you can with sharpie too.
The s-notes have names. I have all the names. The duos only come in 16. I label mine.
Mildliner has 36 colors. Dusty rose too. Try their click art pens too.
I use the chisel way more. Fun products!

Having just made a color wheel, I'm looking for the primary colors, and don't see them! Interesting color set here!

I have to admit that I was pulling for the Sharpies. They are an american brand, and I love supporting american businesses. That being said, they have to earn my business no matter what country they are made in. I am also a sucker for anything made in Japan!

I number all my Sharpies on the cap & on the bodies and then cover the # with clear packaging tape. Sharpie recently came out with skin tones as well. I have just about everything Sharpie has ever produced, including there massive "Magnums" which are spendy, but great for covering huge surfaces. I also have all the Mildlivers, plus the 320 set of Ohuhu alcohol in Chisel/Bullet. And 160 in Ohuhu Fine Waterbase in Brish/Fine Point.... Though that set I reordered them in my own order.....

The only copies Im interested in are the Pentel illumina flex/fitliner series. Because you have access to the sponge 😅 which means I can refill it. Sharpie does make highlighters and until 2019 they were the distributor for the Uniball line. And they make pastel highlighters as well.

I have spilled water on a page colored with mildliners and gelly rolls and there was nearly no movement of color. There was a little less noticable brush tip strokes, that's it. The paper warped more than the ink, actually.

What is a Mildliner? Maybe thicker than a Fineliner?

Another great video! Thanks so much. "Biseau" is indeed French, but means "chisel" or "bevel," rather than "bold" as it says in the English. 😊

I’m new to your TH-cam channel but have subscribed. I also am a new free bliss member.
I was wondering if you have ever done a review or used Crayola Signature Blending Pens before?
I got a set for Christmas a few years ago. I call them my “fancy markers” because I don’t normally use alcohol markers or brush tip markers at all.

I would choose the brush, I love creating art and this is easier with a bush as opposed to a chisel and I would use the chisel for highlighting in my Bible and books Im studying but not much else!!

Staedler has a full set of 120 colors with two tips (one on each end…) but they are not water resistant.

One thing about the Sharpie over the Mildliner is they have a true secondary green.

While I am not terribly artistic, I did buy a large package of the Sharpie S Note creative markers from a big box store. I don't care for them. The chisel tip smashes easily. They also bleed through paper.

I would always go for the brush nibs as I color better with the brush but... I would go sharpie as it has better green and blue than the Zebra. Decisions, decisions.

If you use Google Lens (available on most Android phones, and I believe as an app for iPhone) you can translate all the text on these pens - if you're interested. It works really well.

I'm confused, if the pens coming from Mexico have English and a second language on them wouldn't it be Spanish that is the second language and not French.🤔
