They are all GAMES! The difference is some people enjoy spending a $100 and getting 2,000 to 5,000 hours of play for their money and others prefer to spend a $1,000 for bag graphics and net code! In ACC I can drive so close my driver's side mirror is scratching the car next to me without killing me 🤣 I'd say ACC definitely wins the cost to quality ratio! Iracing wins the when it comes to tracking progress and having a legitimate ratings system. The last ACC stream I watched the top 20 cars were within. 6 seconds of each other in qualifying.. That makes for some good racing
Gt3= acc, everything=iracing. There are tons of people who are on acc just for gt3 because no one wants to sit around and wait for the next GT3 race on iRacing. I think it's kind of dumb to not have both but whatever

And this is how you justify paying thousands for a sim. I'll stick with RF2 and AC for now. Maybe AMS2 or Dirt Rally 2 if I feel the urge. The ONLY reason ACC isn't my main sim is I run VR almost exclusively now.

I was getting 200-300 fps on a RTX3090 but after watching Matts stream I realised I should be getting more like 50 fps by ticking a bunch of settings and adding a load of cubes, I'm now getting 50 fps, I'm feeling far more grown up now

I started on Forza 6, then went to GT7. When I moved to ACC I could barely make it around the track. I tried iRacing recently and within a couple of hours I was ok. I find I get better road feedback and tire noise in ACC. I can't feel the tires hook up in iRacing nor get any indication when they brake loose. My opinion.
I like when people complain about the subscription. I only want serious drivers on our platform. If it’s not worth the money for you, you don’t take it serious enough and I’m okay with that. I want real sim drivers. Real challenge

I had a go at AMS2 coming from i racing...Beautiful looking game but the lack of damage etc with titles like that are what makes me go back to i racing.
If you are just starting out in sim racing, try AC, ACC, AMS 2/1 or even Project Cars. Go for the low cost ones and stay on budget... And when you decided that sim racing is your thing, go for iRacing, buy a proper rig and go big. Just remember, there is no such thing as best sim, everything is an experience, for progress

Iracing was on scheduled downtime so I tried ACC. I literally felt I was at the kids table. My 4 corner system, and pedal feedback system were a complete mess, my simucube pro felt like a Logitech wheel and the ACC VR graphics were so bad in comparison to iRacing VR. It made my 4080 card look like a 3080 card. Iracing does not have amazing graphics but they are smooth and stable. Mirror graphics are so good in iracing VR. I won’t delete ACC because I would like to have something to do in case I want to race during an iRacing scheduled downtime. Even if it is something as bad as ACC. Makes me appreciate a proper sim
I probably prefer acc over iRacing because of how much money you have to spend on iRacing- first ya have to get a yearly subscription for like I think $120.00 a year, and that’s not all you still have to buy all the tracks and cars and each car and track cost between 11-15 bucks.

Both of them are great simulators , i enjoyed both. ACC for gt3 and Iracing for f4 cars.

Iracing doesn’t even need that much to run get a good 60-70 on a gtx1070 in public races and in priv 140 easy
