I think of BTC more as a layer 1 and Bitcoin lightning a layer 2. Layer zero in this sense, would be the thing that connects bitcoin to everything in crypto. So you'd be able to move your bitcoin to other blockchains.

So they just called themselves Layer Zero, but they are not the only Layer Zero protocol available. That makes me a little sceptical about them.
