This actually gives me a bit of a deep thought. Anxiety is always next to joy because when we are anxious, we want joy as comfort. We do things that bring us joy to lower our stress and anxiety. She looks up to joy because joy brings her the most comfort. It's also neat to notice that anxiety may have been more attracted to Joy because she was basically the leader of the emotions. Shes the one who keeps everything in line, in order, and does whats best for riley. When we are anxious, we lose control of what our actions and body does. Thus "anxiety attacks". (Which is NOT a proven medical occurrence, but there are studies being done on it). Where our heart races, our skin sweats, our hands shake, and our thoughts RACE with all the worst possibilities. All involuntarily. I love how they didnt butcher the inside out franchise, but actually added onto it and gave us a fresh but COMPLETELY needed insight on teens getting older and becoming more self aware of themselves and how others view them

Yea, it's cute but somehow with the emojis and her facial expressions, especially her smile that expesses admiration in the thumbnail, it makes me love her even more, especially after watching the movie and reflecting...she's an emotional and passionate mess, i as a guy with autism feel seen and heard!

UGHH this video has officially turned me into a joyanxiety shipper THEY'RE SO CUTE TOGETHER AND I NEVER NOTICED. plus how both of their goals are making riley happy even if anxiety doesn't exactly understand how to do so
