What's your preferred method for coolant filling? Do you raise the ass end?

I’m about to do one on my 2019 570. The only part I’m nervous about is drilling into my plastics. I was thinking about running the hoses through the gauge pod assembly because that’s only $30 if I want to replace it

Jake Spangler I wasn’t going to put the rad locate on because I didn’t want to drill holes. But realized if going thru mud it is a must.
The holes don’t have to be exact As long as they are close to what dimensions are mentioned It was quite easy

Great vid! Just wish it was in more depth as far as coolant routing and which bolts go where. Mine didn’t come with any sort of directions, and I’m making due with common sense. But it’s not that easy this way 😂

Did it come with a template on where to drill the holes

Question. To remove the black plastic part that holds in the lights would I have to remove the top plastic ? Hit a pole the other day now I have to replace the " front facia" 😥

Im going to start mine on my 2019 570xt tomorrow. Was there anything that left you confused? Or does jt all go pretty smoothly. How many hours did it take you?

if I was to do it again, it would go smooth. I took off more parts then I needed too i think. Was time consuming but not too hard.

That was too much unnecessary parts removal, I only removed the top part of the struts to get to the nut that holds the fan and pulled it out, i didn't have to remove nothing else

Guess you’re in the wrong place. And it was 4 hours of work in 7 minutes.

The thing about these videos nobody makes it clear on where they put the piping that came with the kit that's so annoying and frustrating the directions sucks as well

Xlm is too stiff. Great for mud, but not much else.
