Upon reading the comments and some searching I realised that natural deduction has been discontinued on your channel. I found this video really helpful and informative, it would be great if you could continue it. Thanks so much for the help thus far though!

This video is so much better than my uni's explanation, thanks man

Finally I found a video lecturer that uses the same sort of "syntax" for natural deduction as my Uni book does (my Uni book sucks at explaining how to actually do it) so that I can follow along. Every other youtube video I have come across use some sort of list structure for natural deduction proofs! You're literally a lifesaver!
EDIT: Is this the only video you have on this subject? I can't seem to find any more :(

Hi Nide, thanks for your comment! Unfortuately this is indeed the only video I have -- when I made this video it was pretty unpopular, though with its sudden increase in popularity I'll see if I can upload some more stuff on this topic.

This was really helpful, thank you! If you are able to I would really appreciate more video tutorials on this topic.

Concise, well-explained stuff. I had my first lecture on computational theory this morning and I was filled with dread when they went into natural deduction, and I hadn't the foggiest what it all meant. Thank you for setting things straight!

Clear and concise English explanation on this topic. Thanks for skipping the philosophy and literature of it.

@@LearnMathsFree Is there going to be a second part? I was hoping there was going to be another video with more difficult examples. Keep up with the good work, great channel!!!

    Got anymore videos of this?

No, but I might do some in the future, as it seems to be reasonably popular compared to other videos. With things like this I do think lots of examples ought to be useful to people.

@@LearnMathsFree Please do! You are the only video lecturer I've found that uses this sort of "syntax" for natural deduction and it's the same syntax as my Uni book uses (unfortunately by Uni book is very lackluster and horrible at explaining natural deduction). Every other video lecturer I have found uses some sort of list structure for natural deduction proofs which I am not familiar with. You are literally my only hope to understand natural deduction!
