Some of those bags look exactly like the Chanel Boy Bag...... I'm glad Dior brought back the go go boots for this collection I loved them from the Haute Couture show.
Not quite. I understand what you mean but they didn't copy Chanel. A simple one flap bag has always existed. These Dior ones are actually quite nice, very minimal but they're pretty and the leather seems quite luxurious. I hope they sell well.
i see alot of hope in this collection the revisiting of fur, the beautiful dresses, and fresh textures. keep moving in this direction Dior, you were always the crazy beautiful one.
This is actually quite good. At least it has SOME personality compared to his other work for Dior. The latex leggings/boots are captivating, even in those lava-lamp motifs. The only thing I was disappointed with is the fact that the collection seemed to be leading up to some grand climax of latex and ponytails, but it just never got there.

Lmao you were complaining about Simons but now that Maria Grazia is doing THE WORST for the house I wish he could come back, at least the collections had some elegance at taste to them...
I'm sure the clothes are well made but Dior has lost its identity. This could have been Max Mara, vintage Prada or even an Ikea apholstery catalog. I'm still waiting the miracle.
+Billy Beau The real Christian Dior was a visionary, always looking forward to what was coming next. I think that's what Mr Simons is doing with the house, taking it to it's original roots. I know it could be hard to understand when Galliano create this whole drama-historic-theatrical feeling around Dior, and became popular, but it was all about him, not about what Christian Dior was at the beginning.
I really am a big fan of the soundtracks of Prada, Dior, Miu Miu they are very powerful soundtracks. I think this one wasn't terribly bad, but it wasn't great. I personally prefer the soundtrack in the past collection. I would still listen to this though and walk to it. Those white models look like they're ready to kill. 🔫🔪
I like the big fur coats and the patent leather boots, but other than that, this is boring...Like every other Dior collection since Galliano was fired...
Me and all people here complaining about this collection. If we knew what will come with Maria Grazia... In 2015 i hated it now i love this collection.
I got the mood of 70-ish, the latex shoes and the bags are so fabulous...but some clothes had a weird cutting...and umm...look to look it's look like the same for me...
not sure the modern woman wants to look like a leopard, or cheetah, or camouflage beneath a slimy body of water. Although, i love the fluidity in the collection.
It's as if Prada and Jil Sander had a secret love child that neither of them wanted to show anybody but it somehow escaped and became this. The tailoring is mediocre and even unflattering at some points, the jump suits are ridiculous, the boots are borderline Margiela knock offs, the pants suits are practically a simplified version of this seasons Prada. The mini dresses remind me of last season Louis Vuitton. I understand Raf wanted to bring Dior back to its roots but all he's managed to do is simplfy the brand to and unrecognisable degree. Personally, I think Mr. Simons should stick to designing for his own label rather than morphing a historic house into a bland clothing factory.
I think your analogy of Jill Sander and Prada's love child is just perfect and absolutely the best description ever of this.. You clearly know your fashion.
So Conservative Silhouettes & Looks. It's Dreadful. The End Of Creativity & Experimentation. #AnotherLameShowByDiorThatsGonnaBePraisedNoMatterHowSadItLooks
I'm with you on that. I wonder if Dior pays people to give thumbs up to Raf's sorry shows. This one was another one that was downright UGLY! I've seen better from student fashion shows.
I thought the collection was incredibly exciting and refined. Theres a shift in his view from simple elegance to savage elegance. The textures intermingle a lot. My only complaint is it seems, like so much now a days, to be a rehash of Nicholas Ghesquiere's earlier collections. Prada also seemed very derivative of Nicholas this season.
MiyaSamaCo you're probably right! I honestly thought someone uploaded a video of their final college collection where the theme was "rip off as many other designs as you can without people noticing". It's sad really.
Not my cup of tea. Somehow I miss the girlie chic extravagant but elegant at the same look time that John Galliano had. I think Dior should know better!
Darkest time of Dior The end of Dior's spirit The death of tasteful dior looks I actually visited Dior stores to look at Dior Collections every year. Todays collections are done with minimal construction details and less, less, less considerations on how the clothes be made. Dior is now competing with H&M and Zara, so I forgive it.
I'm with you. But its sad that now Dior just pay attention to the comercialize the brand and how to sell the goods. profit now becoming a nightmare to all the real talented designer, those rubbish like Rubbish-Af simmons still laugh at the top of the world. I really cant understand why he's still here. I thought he'd be fired and work for something like Target or H&M @.@ or even design uniform for KFC :)) lol
A good example of what happens when one has too many in his/her plate: lost sense of interpretation and perspective of the importance of working for such a house. I understand that branding of Dior aims big and international, but this time it seems that it works confusion. Raf understands colors, modern art reflection for him, but has issues with matching/working fabrics on the right designs (he thinks he is innovative there but to me it goes the other way against him). He made it work good in certain pieces (the fur, as unfair it might be, dresses was a group for example where peculiarity worked), but copying Prada cut-even colors-under the aim of reinterpreting late 60s & early 70s does not become justifiable. Nice soundtrack. Not his best, hopefully not his worst.
There was no cohesion in the style and mood of clothes, it felt like five different runways shoved into one, and the only thing that excited me was the most classical clothes, the masculine yet for women green and brown long men's coates and the short cigarettepants...
1:59 that is ivana from germanys next topmodel !!!
This is the most modern versión of Mr Simmons for Dior. I loved it. The stretch-patent-leather hight boots were in almost all Paris collections.
Beautiful collections by Raf as always. 👏👏👏
Long live Raf Simons! ☝🏻️☝🏻☝🏻
i see alot of hope in this collection
the revisiting of fur, the beautiful dresses, and fresh textures.
keep moving in this direction Dior, you were always the crazy beautiful one.
The firsts Raf Simon's collection are incredible, I don't know what happen now.
I quite like this collection from Dior.
Gosh! Am I the only one who is reminded of Shingo Sato with these designs?!
Another safe Dior collection. I ove the hairdo on the models though
Young fresh fierce and high class. And somebody still keeps on hating Raf. Lol
That's how "Raf Simons meets Versace"?
nope. thats how Raf meet american apparel :))
SHEER PERFECTION... SHEER BRILLIANCE... AND SURELY SHOULD BE MINE.
FRESH , YOUNG , I LIKE IT , THE NECKLACES WILL BE A MUST HAVE
This is seriously left over looks from their spring and summer 2015 show
Love the shoes
Am I the only one who loves it? That skirt and jumpsuit latex boots bag love it, but not the shirt.
yesssss the latex boots are everything!!!!!!!!!! the boots saved this collection.
+Taay Dior p
definitely not.. really love this collection a lot..

This is definitely some Zara shit right here.
Lmao you were complaining about Simons but now that Maria Grazia is doing THE WORST for the house I wish he could come back, at least the collections had some elegance at taste to them...
What is the girl with the white coat near the end doing? Rest?
I wonder who will wear that body suite?
Hate some of the print, wasn't feeling the outfits but loved the silhouettes and shoes
I'm sure the clothes are well made but Dior has lost its identity. This could have been Max Mara, vintage Prada or even an Ikea apholstery catalog. I'm still waiting the miracle.
Hhhhhhhhh yes!!!!
zara or target will welcome somebody like Rubissh-Af Simmons!
"IKEA upholstery catalog" 💀💀 I yelled. That was hilarious.
AHAHAHA I'm howling at IKEA. Love this! 😂😂😂
this is so PRADA!!!
Lorde went to the Dior show in Paris there.
Galliano went and Dior sank.Dior could be good.
I really am a big fan of the soundtracks of Prada, Dior, Miu Miu they are very powerful soundtracks. I think this one wasn't terribly bad, but it wasn't great. STRONG, CONFIDENT WITH SINISTER TOUCHES.
Exactly and that's what I like about Raf. He adds a dark tone to his collections and chooses the best soundtracks. 👌
omg that "music" is getting on my nerves!
I like the big fur coats and the patent leather boots, but other than that, this is boring...Like every other Dior collection since Galliano was fired...
Very impressive.
Model can´t handle that latex shoes 10:19...
she is fine????
I had to watch that part a few times till I finally saw what you mean.. that's kinda sad but I think its not easy to walk in shoes like that
Hope she´s fine, so sad. If this is the official video, it´s so weird they didn´t edited it.
Ok
What the hell happened I couldn't tell with the model around 10.20 that walked out of the line did she have a shoe malfunction or something
Felt like Simons for Saint Laurent/Versace at times
Me and all people here complaining about this collection. If we knew what will come with Maria Grazia... In 2015 i hated it now i love this collection.
I got the mood of 70-ish, the latex shoes and the bags are so fabulous...but some clothes had a weird cutting...and umm...look to look it's look like the same for me...
The only thing I liked from this collection was the shoes, they were nice. The rest...not so much.
Models at 3:02 and 3:12 are almost like sisters :D
Logan Wu I think they´re twin sister :)
Waleska Gorczevski followed by Julia Bergshoeff.
I want to know the music, can anybody tell me?
Anyone know the music by the way?
The boots! #adore The audio...not so much. :-)
Not the best runway or camera angle. The guests / PINK FLOOR is way too distracting and takes away from the clothes.
not sure the modern woman wants to look like a leopard, or cheetah, or camouflage beneath a slimy body of water. Although, i love the fluidity in the collection.
Kind of a hodge podge with some beautiful pieces. A bit of continuity and focus would have helped.
It looks like LV by Ghesquière ....
Pretty good collection overall. Some of the pieces had no color, though. :/
The sound is so annoying wtf
I wonder, if ricardo or marc accepted the job being the creative director of this brand, if only.
I know this has nothing to do with the show, but what happen to the girl at the end? Was it the boots?
It's as if Prada and Jil Sander had a secret love child that neither of them wanted to show anybody but it somehow escaped and became this. This was a SHOE fashion show. The clothes were only shown so the models wouldn't be naked.
Yeah, full of pijamas and clothing chosen by a 5 yearold
I thought the collection was incredibly exciting and refined. Theres a shift in his view from simple elegance to savage elegance. The textures intermingle a lot.

Cowardkid totally agree. just like a kid start to design the clothes with crayons and his barbies
Take me there and i'll give you back real Dior.
music?
This would have been well received brought by a different house.
Dior shoes..
Dior should be better than this...
carroll11000 i know right !
This garbage should not bear the name of Christian Dior.

10:24 The model looks in pain... Jajajajaja...
Same ole color block looks like Zara hm looks
Anyone else perceived a model having a malaise in 10:22?
Not worthy for dior. I think Christian is crying!
The clothes are beautiful but not Dior like
SONG: barnt - cherry red (tale of us & recondite remix)
Not my cup of tea. Somehow I miss the girlie chic extravagant but elegant at the same look time that John Galliano had. I think Dior should know better!
the same clothes with different coloring, nothing special...
