You can submit hope certificate and apply on that basis.

aslam-o-alaikum sir i have submitted the application with all requirements but i did a little mistake that i uploaded only front side of my father's NIC and forgot the back side and there is no option to upload the file again so please help me if u know about this plz

Email the NTHP department. Search out there email on google and u r good to go.
