sister you are lucky that you realised it soon... you still have a good period of time... google "NTHP IBA Karachi Syllabus" and you'll get all the topics that are necessary to be covered for the test! And start preparing without any late... I'm in 2nd year and I've left a very small time, I'm trying to prepare for it but it feels a bit difficult now... I've to cover my school course and also NTHP topics.. But, you still have time... if you have any query, plz let me know... would be glad to help !

No sat is not consider from now if you take admission in iba you must passed iba test
