The dude was 15 years old and he went over to his girlfriends house without knowing her brother found out and the brother got pissed off that he was dating her so he murdered him as he walked up to the house. The killer was sentenced 30 years in prison at the age of 16 Use to be friends with the dude as a kid.

this is crazy the fact that this is on JKNEWS. One of my close friends is from the bronx and was best friends with him. She was extremely devastated. This kid was an amazing person overall. Amazing how in New York we are all connected but so divided in so many ways.

That's 100% false, because if the store owners had helped Junior then he'd most likely be alive today. There's surveillance footage of him trying to get help from the store owners, and he was so scared he hopped over the counter but they refused to help him. Even after Junior was stabbed, he came into the store and the store owner still refused to help him. He ran down the street to the hospital himself, and unfortunately died before getting there.
The store owners nieces and nephews were the ones who helped him outside of the hospital while cops were being flagged down though they did absolutely nothing. There's video footage of the girl trying to hold pressure on his stab wounds and yelling at the cops to help him into the hospital and the boy is heard trying to keep junior talking and awake until actual help arrives. The store owner shut down the bodega a couple days later due to harassment and death threats from locals.
What I heard was apparently the gang members told the store owner not to step in, but that was after they found Junior in the store. Prior to that happening, Junior had already came into the store seeking help and hopped over the counter while the 2 store owners didn't do anything! They could have easily locked the door, and called the police. The store owners even knew the family of Junior, and knew him as well. So it was shock that they didn't help him at all. I understand that there's gang members and they all have knives, and they don't want to put their own lives at risk but damn this whole thing is just sad. The people who filmed the whole incident from the apartment up top could have called the police too but they just filmed. They should have thrown some things down there to distract them, but not a damn thing was done to help Junior.

Something similar to this happened to the neighbor behind my house. The dude was 15 years old and he went over to his girlfriends house without knowing her brother found out and the brother got pissed off that he was dating her so he murdered him as he walked up to the house. Both were in a a gang though, well more like a losers club because they didn't commit that much crime and they didn't do shit with their lives but hang out and talk shit. The killer was sentenced 30 years in prison at the age of 16

it’s crazy too because there is video of junior going into the store before the gang members killed him, and he tried to hide behind the bodega counter but the owner didn’t let him. the mother even said that the owners knows that family well and still didn’t do anything. no one did anything to help that boy because no one wanted to get involved. if just one person in that store called the police or helped hide junior, he would have been here today💔

this is crazy the fact that this is on JKNEWS. One of my close friends is from the bronx and was best friends with him. She was extremely devastated. This kid was an amazing person overall. Amazing how in New York we are all connected but so divided in so many ways.

That's 100% false, because if the store owners had helped Junior then he'd most likely be alive today. There's surveillance footage of him trying to get help from the store owners, and he was so scared he hopped over the counter but they refused to help him. Even after Junior was stabbed, he came into the store and the store owner still refused to help him. He ran down the street to the hospital himself, and unfortunately died before getting there.
The store owners nieces and nephews were the ones who helped him outside of the hospital while cops were being flagged down though they did absolutely nothing. There's video footage of the girl trying to hold pressure on his stab wounds and yelling at the cops to help him into the hospital and the boy is heard trying to keep junior talking and awake until actual help arrives. The store owner shut down the bodega a couple days later due to harassment and death threats from locals.

What I heard was apparently the gang members told the store owner not to step in, but that was after they found Junior in the store. Prior to that happening, Junior had already came into the store seeking help and hopped over the counter while the 2 store owners didn't do anything! They could have easily locked the door, and called the police. The store owners even knew the family of Junior, and knew him as well. So it was shock that they didn't help him at all. I understand that there's gang members and they all have knives, and they don't want to put their own lives at risk but damn this whole thing is just sad. The people who filmed the whole incident from the apartment up top could have called the police too but they just filmed. They should have thrown some things down there to distract them, but not a damn thing was done to help Junior.
I’m kind of disappointed that you didn’t say the most important part The fact that it wasn’t a mistake made by the gang it was because the sister of the member who was having sex on that video got caught and her brother was really mad about it and he was like “I’m going to kill the guy who recorded it who is it?” but she liked her friend or boyfriend so she lied and said it was Junior because they looked alike so yes the gang members are guilty but she should be charged too because she is the reason why Junior was in danger in the first place
