This is going down the be one of the best Yoruba sermon for ages to come……. They would come back to this sermon from generation to generation bcos this are indeed perilous times …….i like that he address baba Adeboye too. Bcos right now we need those 1 million disciples wey him bring 10 years ago. Blinded elders are talking about “Oro” and GOD is going to rain judgement

I feel sad whenever I listen to him. Why am I sad? He’s a GREAT talent that Yoruba land truly needs to move forward. Imagine a Yoruba Nation leadership that comprises intellectuals like him???? So, I am not happy that our current self-centered leaders have deliberately eclipsed people like him from the development of the land.

I am not a Yoruba but I listened to the end to what he said. My wife came in and asked," do you understand what he's saying?" And I answered, this man is one of the best humans in the world to listen to and he has transcribed the content. Despite the language he used, he always speaks to the innermost part of us. I listen to him every Sunday." And the discussion continued.
How I wish folks in our country pay attention. And those Yoruba people to whom this speech is directed will grasp the message today and not tomorrow.

Please try to find out the concept of Yoruba ronu and tell him he’s not abreast with the politics of this country. Igbos and Yoruba have existed together even before Nigeria had independence, history has never recorded a fight between Yoruba and Igbo. When the government sees that the masses are united, they will try to sow hatred, so that we will keep fighting ourselves while they loot the money for their family. Let us be wise like our uncle dele has said. Yoruba and Igbo are not enemies. The problem is the government.
Because we said there is hunger in the land, instead of them to provide solution, now they want to change the narratives by inciting tribal hatred.
Uncle Dele thanks and remain blessed.

Sir, may God bless you and your family. I'm an Igbo man born in Lagos fifty years ago. I have lived all my life in Lagos. I have more Yoruba friends than Igbo, I speak Yoruba easily than Igbo. Until my son name was mentioned within my neighborhood you may never know I'm Igbo. I love and respect my Yoruba friends. My landlady is Yoruba. I'm the only Igbo in the midst of 7 tenants, but the closest to my landlady who treats me like a son.
But Tinubu in the last two years is destroying that relationship. And, unfortunately many Yorubas are buying into his evil narratives.
Why are many Yorubas feeling and thinking the average Igbo man is Yorubas problem. We, Igbos don't really have a stake in Nigeria. We are only trying to survive Nigeria just like we survived the civil war. For this reason I thank you for this video. Please let them know we just want to survive.

Some of our alatenuje elders called you omo ale. I cry for this nation every day. In all of these, we bought another Presidential private jet worth $150m. Imagine how many hectares of food crops 150m can plant.
As someone who studied a bit of psychology, we've reached a stage where our present crops of leaders can't change. They just cannot help themselves any longer. At this stage, it would take a shocking event, not planned event to bring them back into reality. Due to youtube community guidelines, I won't give an example of shocking events that could bring them back to reality. Something that would make them realize they have zero security. Our leaders are afraid, but the masses don't know.

My brother, Dele. I call you brother not because we share consanguinity, same ethnicity or necessarily faith (I don’t exactly know your theological convictions). I boldly call you brother for our shared passion for truth and commitment to justice. Despite my limited understanding of Yoruba language. What you shared here is prophetic and more uplifting than many sermons in our many churches, mosques and temples. Thank you. Please do more presentations in Yoruba, it flow beautifully in your mouth. It’s like listening to living literature. More grace to you.

I love Mr Dele Farotimi! I always appreciate your wisdom and knowledge. God bless and protect you. You just always seem to address what I am thinking at the corner of my room. I am so surprised at the warnings coming from the security agents. It seems obvious that they have their plans to threaten the people to submission and silence them. It appears as if the security agents have a plan to disrupt the protest to please the govt.It is so rude and disrespectful for Wike to be boasting about his power and the "first daughter" trying to manipulate parents to prevent their children from going out. What are nigerians suppose to do? Suffer to death? What a govt?

You are a man who is guided by the dictates of his conscience. I shudder every time I see these misguided defenders of Tinubu's reckless political behavior.
It's sad to see how low some contemporary Yoruba political leaders have sunk. Awolowo sacrificed his interests for the greater good of the Yoruba people, and yet today, even his descendants are criticized as not being Yoruba enough. If you ask any of these bigots to name a single thing Tinubu has done for the advancement of the Yorubas, they will struggle to answer. You're a rare voice in the wilderness, and history will prove you right.

Grew up in Lagos, lived through the military regimes and saw the key role Yoruba elite played in fighting for democracy. This, I felt, was driven by the “Omoluabi” principle, which served a key moral anchor.
I grew under the mentorship of many Yoruba elders who instilled in me these moral values. To see how the Yoruba elite has acquiesced and gone in the current direction is painful to behold.
I am not a Yoruba by birth but I grew up, studied and love Yoruba culture, currently being eroded and bastardised. Brother Dele is one of the Omoluabis, great to see!

The Yorubas I always cherish with their good culture and true tradition have become the opposite due to tribalism that has made everyone hungry and poor including them the Yorubas. Our votes were stolen due to tribalism, now we are all suffering and smiling. Only God knows who bewitched us in a blessed country called Nigeria where the poor keep supporting the looters because we are blinded by tribalism.

You get it💯 Yes we know things is tough in Nigeria presently. But this issue didn't start now. It has started years back. Tinubu is not our major problem. This man is talking about economy,of course this economy is nothing to right about cos things is hard for our people yet,is global and Tinubu is trying fixing this problem. All our governors what have they done to cushion all this? Palliatives we're giving to them, they refused to share it to the commoners..our senators, rep and house of assembly what are they doing to cushion this economy crisis in our society? Insecurity has been persistent in this country for years now and other challenges...we shouldn't put all the blames on Tinubu even some of our people working as civil servants are evil. Nigeria problem is general problem. Even if Peter Obi that he carry for head become president I doubt it that he can outperform Tinubu. It is not Tinubu that scatter this country. We already know him as anti YORUBA cos in most cases he always go against YORUBA people both in beliefs and actions.
