Been a few years since Blackpool or Sunderland were in the top division. West Brom dropped out 2 or 3 years ago. And West Ham have moved from the Boleyn ground to the London Stadium several years ago. This is very old.
I mean, Richard does say they're referencing the 2010/11 season, and I don't think they ever reference something that's more than 1 year out of date, so this episode was probably from 2012.
“Anfield been there since the beginning of the football league in 1888” You think they’d mention the interesting fact that in 1888 (until 1892) it was Everton’s ground 🙄
@Ray-y8d9u I went a couple of times on the away end to watch Sheffield Wednesday play West Ham, plus several times with family in the home end. Since the move to London Stadium, I've seen a 1 - 1 draw v Leicester on a Friday night. On the Wednesday, I saw Ipswich 2 - 2 Owls and on the Saturday a dire 0 - 0 between Reading and The Owls, to conclude a south eastern family and football double. COYI! UTO!
Would have been better if it had been lower league clubs mixed with Scottish clubs as their just might have been a few pointless answer in that round could have had teams like Plymouth York Alloa Brechin Stranrear Preston or Carlisle in there
Just asked my daughters who are 23 and 20 years old and on the 2nd list they only knew Anfield. On the 1st list they only knew St James Park. Contrary to popular belief not everyone is interested in football. Conversely ask them questions about Medicine and Music that they are respectively studying at University and they would know significantly more than me!

You would, except Goodison Park was still on the board.
Only Deepdale and Turf Moor have been there continuously since the formation of the football league as league grounds.
St James Park could be Newcastle or Exeter
Incorrect. They are spelt differently St James park is Newcastle.
St Jame's park is Exeter's.
Also Exeter are not and were not in the premier league
It's Newcastle says premier league stadiums
Whts there nick names😊
Boleyn Ground wasn't the "official name for Upton Park". It was the actual name of the stadium and Upton Park just the area
Who knew Richard was #AllElite

You could also say Everton for Anfield.
Everton weren't a Premiership club when Anfield was their ground
@TChighbury still played at the ground Anfield has 20 top flight league titles.
Yes but at the start he said "Home Grounds of Premiership Football Clubs"
