One thing I kinda realized with Penelope getting kidnapped is there is actually no reason why she should be defenseless. She is a master boxer according to Bentley who is practically always right (He was referring to the Black Baron but she is him) and later on she shows to be a master swordsmen or at least proficient in fencing, she could easily rescue herself.
You do know that LeFwee and his pirates had swords out and ready to strike, right? Personal opinion, but I doubt Penelope would react fast enough to disarm any of them.

It really does freak me out how in this game, the gang was so much more callous about killing people to move forward in their plans.
They've been doing that since the first game.
Murray and Sly both comment how "Devious" Bentley's gotten. Dr. M was right, time does strange things to people.
To be fair, the gangs been ranking up a body count of thugs since the First game.
2:22 it does mention how Sly met McSweeny in a comic book before Sly 3 came out. It mentioned how McSweeny also used to be Connor Cooper’s best friend. He even mentioned that he used to bounce Sly on his lap when Sly was a kid. So that’s how the two know each other.
Edit: Yes I know you’re gonna say “it’s bad storytelling because I have to resort to an external source of media to understand the story”. I know. But the comics were meant for the die hard Sly fans, and if I’m not mistaken it was also a promo comic series (a small one at least). So there’s your answer.

It's still a sin in that Sly doesn't know if Murry's in the cell, so why's he asking for Murry if he can't be sure? Yes, breaking into police headquarters is probably a good first step, if Murry is missing or in jail information about him should have surfaced there, but last he heard Murry was safe.

I thought that for a second you were talking about his appearance in the prologue, if you zoom in with the binoculars you can clearly see Dimitri waiting outside of the glass window underwater.

I always thought Murray changed voice actors between the games but i looked it up and in all 4 of them it's the same one.

It kind of disappoints me that you didn't make the joke about Sly's face when he sees Carmelita growing bigger.

Actually, it being a robot body is actually very plausible.... considering what we see in "Thieves in Time".

A few other things about Operation Moon Crash:
1. Carmelita's clothes grow with her. Yeah, I know they couldn't have her grow out of them (not if they wanted to keep an E-rating), but they could've at least said specifically that the Mask of Dark Earth affected her clothes as well as her body, instead of basically saying "That's just a given."
2. Sly takes the whole situation of his love interest getting possessed and trying to kill him (and his teammates) a bit too casually.
3. The mask, a powerful supernatural entity, can be removed from its victims face simply by undoing two piddly little straps *by hand.* Riiiiiight.
4. ...and it can be blown up by fighter jets. _Riiiiiight._

One of the strangest moments in this game is when murray towards the end of the game fights doctor m's goons and says to bentley "stay down i'm going to smash a lot of skulls and i dont want yours to be one of them." directly after bentley questions if sly and him truly are equals. In the context of the situation it sounds REALLY passive aggressive as if murray is threatening him for even thinking that way.

For the sin on the laptop stolen, I might actually have a reason for why he was able to take the laptop.
Basically as of right before all this, everyone was busy. Murray, Penelope, and even the Panda King were fixing the van, the Guru was meditating the surrounding area, as for the other two, they went doing their respective missions. So that basically meant General Tsao got in the base, took the pictures, slip them
Into a slideshow and then took the laptop to leave.

Technically at 3:18 in the original PS2 release, Dimitri is shadowed and can barely be seen with his back turned. But in the PS3 remake, which is what your game sinning here, the resolution and graphics have been changed and now we can see Dimitri more clearly.
