He specified "over a 3 day period". Keep in mind he says "net carbs" so that's a total amount of "extra" carbs beyond what the person is burning, not the actual amount of carbs consumed. So the actual amount would be quite a bit more.
Just to clarify it’s 10g of carbs per kilo of lean body mass EACH day for 2 to 3 days, depending on how high the number actually is. I think it’s something like 23g per kilo TOTAL so if it’s impossible for you to get this in two days )like the supers he referenced needing 3000g carbs) then do it in three days. If you’re smaller like me, 1200 total carbs you can do this in two days of 600 each or about 10g per kilo per day.
