My department has decided exparty case and imposed majour penalty though my criminal case is pending.please guide how to prepare and file appeal against order. Is there any format for appeal.please guide me.

The senior superintendent of post had punished under rule 16 that I have to pay ₹ 70000 and deduction in my 6 month increment but DPS review the case under CCS conduct rule 1965 rule 14 major penalty and denovo proceeding in rule 29. what should I do?

I have been retired on 31/03/2018 and tIhere were criminal & Departmental case were pending against me and decided on 28/11/2023 withholding pension & gratuity under CCS(Pension) Rules,2021. Can the Rules of pension amended on and applicable since 20.12.2021 are applicable to pensioners retired on 31.03.2018 or otherwise,please. guide me as to file an appeal against order for which I shall be obliged.

I T S Hanabaratti appointed in karnataka State Financial corporation and report ed fo duty on 29/05/1987 ad Trainee Assistant training period for six months thereafter training was extended for another four months without giving any notice memo not given any opportunities given to explain to me it is bais one further after 20 years service i filed appel two times ignored the request stating further correspondence in the matter Now filed writ petition after superannuation on 30/04/2021for claim of salary and services benefits application submitted under RTI Act Cheif Commissioner not taken any decisionto withrawawm case but not taken action on PIO and APOI please advise sir
