When did the NYPD start to get rid of all their Dodge Diplomat cruisers?
early 90's .......... '89-90 -------- Caprices took over then Ford CVPI's
The Dips were crappy cars. Cold start problems. Too much oversteer because the rear was too light.
Back when gangs ruled the Bronx
