Idk what happened in the gym last week. i was doing leg presses and felt a weird sensation in my abdominal muscles on one side and it was spasming and for a few days later. Now im scared to do legs or abs😮
Girl you look great! and are strong, BUT the reason why you are not getting that def you want of your quads really developed and showing that pop you talked about, is because what gives you that growth and look is high rep slow tempo quad focused movements. You are pushing a lot of weight and the squat when you hit heaviest you were retching on your neck looking up like crazy and that can be dangerous. You are strong AF no doubt, but the pop quad growth wont happen with those kind of squats. Leg press, narrow squats with lighter weight and right form for quad focus, LEG EXTESIONS, behind back deadlift quad focus..it is endelss. I say this because my bodybuilding coach that taken athletes to olympia told me that kind of squat wont get me the look i want ever. And he was right
