A thinning cull / selective stalking , is a better prospect than an overall population cull where everything is removed to control the population going out of control , good job. The Scottish highlands and Islands are rugged and the deer can certainly get into numbers beyond being healthy for the land they are on.

Another very enjoyable informative video, looks a fantastic place, have been there but not for deer many moons ago, but unfortunately all I could see was fog🥴😂
