    We my husband and I just had a holiday in grange over sands lovely place with the park moorland and water on your doorstep with stunning views it's a very pretty place with the promenade lots of place to walk We loved it was our first time visting

    Its a lovely area for a walk...seen several videos of Hampsfell...must visit next time i am up that way....[ new sub ]

      Thanks for subscribing 😃, we also saw Hempsfell on a video and decided to have a walk there while we were in Grange, the views are stunning from the tower, well worth a visit .

    Hi David & Michelle. Another blast from the past for us! In 1982 we spent our honeymoon in a friend's parents' caravan in Grange over Sands! Great views from the top of the fell👍 We never made it up there! 😁

      Thanks for subscribing 😃, a friend of ours thought it was grass when he saw a photo of the Lido because it was that green ! Lots of history to be found, was just a bit busy so we couldn't get to some of the places .

    Hi, W.L.H. !! Thanks for this great tour around Grange-Over-Sands. A place I have actually visited. Now I know I misses some of the highlights. The ‘Hospice’ is a location I would have enjoyed visiting 👍. Cheers, Don 👋

      Hi Don, Grange is a lovely place to visit,we didn't even know the Hospice was there and we have been going to Grange for years, the views were stunning from the top of the tower 👏

    hi i lived in grange in the 60s and 70s i also worked at a garage parkers motors in the late 80s i must do a trip bk up north with my drone when i was a kid the pool was open and no sea grass only sand and rocks up to the prom
