Ingredients and recipe
▪️ Ccoking oil 3 tbsp
▪️ homemade red curry paste 3 tbsp

▪️ Thai curry paste 1/2 tbsp
▪️ 1 can coconut milk 400ML
▪️ fish sauce 2 tbsp
▪️ salt 1/2 tsp
▪️ sugar 2 tbsp
▪️ chicken powder 1 tbsp
▪️ Chinese bbq sauce 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp paste part
Note: if you don’t put the Chinese BBQ sauce, you may have to increase the salt.
▪️ 2 large onion
▪️ 1 kg of crab
▪️ 1 large package glass noodles

For onion, if you don’t want to have tear when you prepared it, cut it in half soaks it in water for 3 minutes or longer. Take it out and cut to pieces. Try it!

When u cut the onion don't want the tear come out first u need light the candle put near ( close to ) the card board ( the chief in USA told me )
