you can just keep gusting around it or you can just use boss plus prime catcher to ko it
You either KO Vulpix V before it evolves, or take advantage of an early 2 prizes, and hope your opponent can not charge and evolve a Vulpix with professor turo combo, creating a lone Vulpix board. So yeah, almost an auto loss 😂😂😂

I would not call luck a skill, he played way too many ideal matchups while opponent start was brick
Deck choice and good Meta predictions are skills that improves chances of getting ideal matchups. Choosing a consistent deck and making adjustements to be even more reliable is a skill. All those littles things are not seen at the table but make a huge difference. But yes, to win an event like this, you'll need a few lucky breaks, for any player, even one of the best ever.
