Now I couldn’t afford the house and the space is amazing but looking at the kitchen and bathrooms and the interior throughout it’s incredibly outdated. 15 years ago the decor would have been on trend. I mean when you have the money to have this size of house, you have a team of house cleaners who come in weekly. At this wealth level you're not cleaning it yourself, lol. Even on a lower budget, many people have a house cleaner come in on a weekly or every other week basis, it's not particularly uncommon of a thing, I know because I at one point worked as a house cleaner, and the people I was working for weren't anywhere near Jeffrees level of rich. For this size of house I'd think it'd be a team of 12 (so split them into groups of 4, a team for each level), who'd systematically start at one end of the house, and just work their way across cleaning each room as they go, in a couple hours they'd be done cleaning the whole house would be sparkling clean and once the team gets used to the house and how to systematically get it cleaned, they'd get faster at it and learn the routines of everyone within the home (so as to not get in the way of their clients, ex. you know the client films a video at a certain time every day, so only quiet cleaning things during that time of day etc...) (I realize I put more thought into this than probably needed, suffice to say I doubt Jeffree or Nate are doing any cleaning themselves at this point)
Elevators in homes. I see the attraction and maybe practicality if you have older people who can't do stairs. BUT!! No home has a live-in elevator servicing company. What if you're alone that night...elevator malfunctions...and you're stuck in the elevator. Air supply dwindling by the minute. What if the a/c going to the elevator shuts off? Something to think about. I'd avoid an in-home elevator. Love the wind cellar. 1M. :) Nice gym. Though you could tell it was designed for the casual fitness person. Not some one into Powerlifting. Olympic Weightlifting. Too many "machines". But it works for the owner so... Shower is too complicated. :P No million dollar home theatre room??? WaaaaAT??? :P :)) All estate homes or any well thought out home should have 3 things...HT room, well outfitted gym, and wine cellar. Great for resale value if that is in the plans.
I have just seen this mansion for sale yesterday. The price is FUCKING 16.5 MILLION USD$!!! And the furniture decor or whatever is just plain ugly. Accept for the wine cellar that place is sweet.

It's too big for a one family and the style is too gloomy and lifeless, I don't like it, I don't care how much gold and diamonds you put in there or how much it costs, but it's ugly. The only places of the house I like are the wine cellar and that's it.
