A city full of empty shops, empty market, gangs of deliveroo boat people hang outside Mcdonalds with homeless sleeping top of road, restaurants come and go, many pubs now gone and existing ones half full or empty, typically on the verge of a ghost town, but hey lots of accommodation for students and Preston do have the UK's first KFC, Arkwright was born here, no wonder he left.
