Thank you for this information. I normally run my Facebook campaign down to my WhatsApp, that's formerly WhatsApp objective, now I am confused, I don't know the best objective to pick from this new update 🤦🤦
Q Would sales or leads be more appropriate objective in a higher price product marketing funnel situation, where the prospective buyer usually converts from an email campaign rather than initial page view? Leads type people are more likely to subscribe, but Sales type people are more likely to (eventually) purchase..? and thank you for the great content.
No problem! If the goal is for them to purchase on your website, I would still choose the sales campaign! You just may need to retarget them a few times 🙂 If the purchase takes place offline, however, and they need to speak with a sales rep in order to convert, then I would do the lead campaign. The last thing I'll add is if your goal for this Facebook campaign in particular is to build up your email list, then choose the lead campaign.
When I do messages ads now it only allows me to create new templates for a automatic chat.. I can no longer do none of my other templates, do you know why?
I use to have my template with buttons for them to push but now it only allows me to set up an automatic chat.. I use to get 20+ messages with my old template and I got 1 with this new chat bot and it was so much more expensive!
Great job of taking another complicated issue and making it easy 💰
Thanks 👍
