    Hey team #eveeydaywarrior,
    hope you are ready for another intense & super sweaty HIIT WORKOUT. High Knees themed this time, we all know how efficient high knees are and that they will get our heart rate up super easily.
    That’s why we go for 30 sec ON 🔥 and 15 sec off. 🙏🏼

    This woman is a MACHINE. I'm still at beginner- intermediate level, but if I manage to get to a level where I can complete even 10 minutes of this workout, I'll be so impressed with myself! Lol

      Hey I did the whole workout without any breaks but I'm out of breath and so proud of myself and believe me, you can too. She was even a beginner at some point just think about it, these little steps will one day will make you reach heights but don't forget show up everyday, you're unstoppable!

      @@jamyla5592 @Ananya SR - Thanks, you guys! Right now, I'm just working at sticking to 10,000 steps a day. I do some kettlebell exercises, too, but it's still pretty tough for me, and so HIIT is also tough for me at my current level. Hoping I can incorporate it more into my regimen soon! God bless and keep getting that fitness in!
