I tried the ceramic blade and swapped back to steel because I didn't feel like the lines were quite as sharp. For whatever reason that GTX blade specifically made for the cordless T Outliner works much better than the regular GTX blade. Game changer, no doubt.
I agree that's why I got the gtx blade opposed to the corded version . I'm giving the ceramic blade a chance I need keep ceramic on long tho so we will see .
That cordless GTX blade wasn't available when I first got my cordless T Outliner and I was never really happy with my trimmers from the start. Once the cordless GTX blade became available I gave it a try and it changed the game for me and finally pushed the cordless T Outliners ahead of the Slimline Pros for me.
Can you use the 04555 T outliner cordless LI replacement GTX blade on this Andis 74000 cordless trimmer without these hitterz ceramic blade? If I were to just switch the full blade with the black pieces that came with it?
Thanks. I ordered it and will let you know if they work. It’s the same blade you got in this video but instead I’m just using the whole thing without the ceramic blade you have here in the video and will just remove that two metal prongs with black plastic part from this blade set and see if it works.
Dope vid bro honestly i just bought chukas blade sharpener and mines hit even with the stock blades they still get warm but i only use my trimmers for just line ups and trims save my blades too.
I feel like it does cut slightly different the blade isn't as deep as the original and it's all kinda a preference thing . The GTX blade is 110% better in my opinion tho no doubt about it .
Hi I was just wondering I just got mine and every time I turn them on and off the blade seems to set somewhere else in other words it looks like the blade is moving from side to side every time after being used I haven’t used it on anybody cause it’s tripping me out is that normal for it to do ?
so I've always hated cordless tools I personally don't think they compare but I just bought these trimmers a couple days ago mostly to make cutting kids easier... they pull hair horribly and just wasn't what I was expecting since I've been using a t outliner my whole life basically 😂 just wondering if that was the reason you switched blades or if u just wanted a sharper line ? mind u I already have a ceramic blade and a gtx blade on my corded trimmers I know they hit hard 💯 any advice would be appreciated thanks
Have you had any charging issues?? I think I need to either replace the lithium battery, the charger cord, or the charger base... but it wont hold a charge anymore after 22 months. #SUGGESTIONS??
It's all about preference 👌🏽 The original blade hits on the corded version not so much with the cordless they kinda missed the mark and this cordless t outliner is a disappointment for alot of us so this swap helps us not regret spending all that money on them 🙏🏽
Deeper teeth gives you a better feed. Don’t feel like the cordless blade moves as fast so that’s definitely a big help. Especially lining or blading anything higher than a 1 - 1 1/2
Seems over priced for what you get and have to do to make it hitt.. slimlines are a much like economical choice.. these just hype Ant.. and u know thisss Mannnnn
I've had these a long time and with the GTX Blade they are on , these were $119.00 at Sally's . The slimline lines are dope but they don't leave sharp lines and these do ... my opinion 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Hold up? There's two different gtx blades. What do I look up to get the ones for the outliners
@@DiamanteM if you have the cordless use get the gtx cordless replacement blade if you have the corded you get the regular gtx blade .
Besides the bracket ,how can you tell the difference between the guts blades ?

Yes
That beaattt gahhh dammnnn ., cool vid💯

Ceramic is good for removing bulk, the metal cutting blade is better for close shave and line ups.
Appreciate your input and feedback 👌🏽
Can you start posting in your description where you buy your products ?
I buy them online just like anyone else , I don't buy from anywhere specific I just Google search for the best price 👌
Ant The Barber obviously. Just figured you would make it easier for your viewers but alright. You should take that in consideration for next time.

If you keep and use the back pieces off the original cordless blade that came on it 👌🏼
