Thank you Uncle for helping in my homework assignment because our science miss told us to grow the plant with Fruits so i choose orange and you helped me thank you. I appreciate you uncle.
Wow! Thank you! My son inherited two trees and we're learning. We're in deep south Louisiana and it's a great area to grow oranges! Ima do everything you said. Trees have been neglected. Wish us luck!!
I have 3 orange trees in California and they grow oranges all year round. I do have one orange that needs more attention, I try to water it once a week. I have huge orange that is always growing oranges as I water it once a week and very healthy. Any tips on a weak orange tree?
I have a tree that didn’t give many oranges when I first moved in.. but I got the urge to randomly trim it (my dads a landscaper but I have no idea what I’m doing) and it started giving the biggest juiciest sweetest oranges and more than I could handle so I started giving grocery bag fills of them to my neighbors and friends.. my mom would come over and take 5 bags and it wouldn’t even dent the amount of oranges.. but this year it gave a lot less and a lot smaller fruits.. idk what to do
Any variety will will survive if you move it indoor but I would get a Kishu mandaren as they are dwarf naturly and taste like candy sweet when ripe and ripen early for short seasons good luck
Hi! I just bought an orange tree, it's small but looking great! I would like to know how to fertileze my orange tree and what is recommended to make it grow faster :) :) Thanks for the attention! Gratitude :) Rosaly
I planted oranges from seed 15 years ago in a pot. And the tree grew nicely, it branches nicely with a lot of healthy leaves, but it never bloomed, of course it didn't bear fruit, so now I have only one beautiful ornamental plant. The wood in my apartment is near the window, so there is enough light. My question is: what is the problem and where am I wrong?
I have lemon tree so big maybe 6 7 year's old now...only one time 2 year's ago I saw some flowers but it falls all of them... after that no flowers no fruits,, just growing for nothing :( :( what should I do??
Maybe the type of orange. Some varieties of Blood oranges are typically dry. Mine is, but the WA navel, satsuma and pixie mandarins are juicy. You may try a Valencia which is a juice orange
Is it possible to grow citruses/citri in Northern Europe? Considering that, thanks to the climate change, they get more hours of sunshine (since rain is taken for granted).
Well, Northern Europe isn't exactly know for hot summers and mild winters. I'd say to grow a more cold-resistant citrus than oranges. Of course, you can always grow them inside your home, or in a greenhouse!
Thank you for another great video (your favorite ones of mine are the one about how to make a cheap DIY trellis and the chickens and their little coop). I'm just starting out since I just got a $30 small orange tree (Washington Navel variety), just transplanted it to a bigger pot and tried to do everything to make sure it will grow successfully. the leaves are starting to yellow a bit so I'm worried. I'm thinking maybe it doesn't have enough nitrogen so maybe i didn't add quite enough chicken manure. I watered with fish fertilizer recently. I am wondering what I did wrong (if anything).
I'm interested in washington navel oranges and I see cuttings for sale on ebay. Can I just grow those cuttings or do I need to graft them on a rootstock?
I bought a small cara cara orange tree, it bloomed many beautiful flowers but after petals fell and exposed of little tiny green fruits but within few weeks the whole thing falls off the branches … 😭 why?! 😭😭
Sir hum ne apne ghar par orange tree lgayea houa hai Is tree ko jab starting mein fruit lgna start hota hai toh wo fruit root mein se yellow ho kar ground pe fall ho jata Plz koi solution bateye ta jo yeh fruits fall bandh ho jaye
