started growing our own tobacco 2 years ago . Organiv and no additives . still a work in progress we are growing 3 different varieties this year to get a blend
This is something we may venture into once we get to grips with being 'on the land'.. when we get there. So, in a few years at best lol. What else are we to do if not dream?
Wow I’ve been thinking about trying to grow tobacco would you be able to recommend which varieties you’ve found great to grow , any advice truly appreciated 😊
@@jlawson1533 We’ve been growing golden Virginia for the last two years and have just got Catterton and Pennsylvania red for this year because we need something with a little bit more strength to blend. The golden Virginia doesn’t seem to grow too big so we’re not sure whether the seeds we got were cross bread with some ornamental tobacco smooth smoking but we mixed it with some pipe tobacco to get a better smoke so this is why we go in the other two varieties as well. As someone quite rightly pointed out it’s all in the curing as it grows like weeds really

Very appropriate I am watching this on the 20th of February which as everyone knows is International Pipe Smoking Day #IPSD …. & yesterday was another important day for my dog….International Whippet Day! Nice to have a couple of genuine non-political days that can be enjoyed with a smile and in peace
Oh, is it? So it is! I had no idea there was one 😆
Also, your dog is gorgeous. Such a beautiful colour 😍
Wonderful xx
I'd love to have a smell of some tobacco again. Would bring back fond memories of my Dad who used to smoke a pipe.
TRAFFIC! Where I live, it can take ages to get around. My record is 2 hrs and 47 minutes to drive less than 5 miles! I now bill the City Council at my hourly rate for time wasted. They don't like it, not even a little bit; and I've started to get others to do the same.
Maybe you should do it too. Uou never know; it might just catch on.
Enjoy your life together
Smoking or not 😊
Thank you!
