    The Magirus Deutz truck and tractors were probably the most reliable. Growing up in Bavaria, Germany, in the 60's I remember they were everywhere.

      Do you know the word Gleichschaltung? The possibility of saying No did not exist. If you were a German factory you followed the orders of the Reichsregierung, and produced for the war effort. If somebody did not want to go along, he would be replaced. (I assume you mean WWII. The Bundeswehr never had so many armored vehicles.)

    I dont know where you get your strange informations from but the Krupp Titan never had a V8. Its had a inline 6 wich actually was made of 2 inline 3 engine wich where combiend into one, And the power you can clearely see it on the front bumber. 210HP!!!!! I absolutely dont know where you got your 270HP from. And by the way Saurer was a swiss manufacturer not a german one.
